   I am very pleased with these lozenges. They keep my mouth moist all night. I just dry my gum and cheeks where i plan to put the lozenge and it stays there all night. In fact one lasts me three nights. I just remove it in the morning, let it air dry about an hour and put it back in the empty spot it came out of. I could use it another night but haven’t as it does not dry as completely as the two applications. The taste is not overly strong which is also a plus for me.

   It last all day for me as well. It really helps with Crohn’s disease.

   I bought these at the recomendation of a dialysis nurse.

   Pros:
   They do moisten the mouth well
   They last quite a long time (1-2 hours)
   The flavoris pleasant butnot overpowering

   Cons:
   I don’t like the slimy feeling they left behind.
   They’re really expensive.

   I’ve decided to use Ricoola sugar frees cough drops as a first step and save the Salese for bad days.

   These are by far the best moisture lozenges on the market today. If you have Sjogren’s syndrome then you have the winner here. I have been ill for a long time and have tried a lot of wetting drops, paste, lozenges etc… and this is the best. They do not make sores in your mouth and they promote healthy bacteria. Salese also last for hours into the night to promote fast sleep. Sometimes they get a little hard, I don’t like that because they will break apart and I cough from them. When fresh they are soft and fit well between the teeth.

   I have the dreaded Sjogren’s, a goofy name for a truly awful syndrome. Dry mouth is not only uncomfortable, over time it will ruin your teeth. Saliva is necessary to prevent decay, and without it it’s only a matter of a few years before your teeth pay the price.

   I’ve tried every tab, spray, gel and rinse on the market. These tiny little discs do the trick in a way that no other product does. I’m not even sure why – they don’t taste very good, they almost have a medicinal, bitter after taste – but boy do they encourage my mouth to produce saliva. They are not marketed for overnight use, but that’s what I use them for. I stick one between my gum and check and it usually lasts the majority of the night. I. Love. Them. Some nights I even have to swallow because I have saliva in my mouth. For those of you who don’t realize how incredibly awesome that feeling is, count yourselves lucky. For those who do know what I’m talking about, please do yourself a favor and try these tabs at least once. Even if it ends up not being your thing, you don’t want to leave any stone unturned when it comes to taking care of your dental health.

   I have used dry mouth lozenges for years, because i have a CPAP machine. I have used every lozenge on amazon, and in every store. – While these lozenges last longer than any other lozenge i’ve tried, it doesn’t keep my mouth moist enough to be worth much for me. Even using 2 at the same time is not good enough. I have to use a different type of lozenge at the same time to compensate. – Also, seeing how high the price is, to me, is ridiculous. – These lozenges could be useful in some situations, but not for my sleeping.

   This does offer a little relief for dry mouth but not enough to be worth the trouble. I must speak for 30 minutes at a time with no chance for a drink and my mouth is so dry it is hard to speak the words.

   I’m taking a prescription that dries my mouth out. I bought these in hopes to help. It didn’t. I didn’t like the taste, plus I still had dry mouth. You don’t get very many for the price either. I wouldn’t recommend them.

   This product works very well. It works best if you just put it between your cheek and gums and let it just dissolve. Do not suck on it, just let it sit there and dissolve. The gummy center is meant to just stick on your gum line (like Xylimelts does). If you do that, you can get mouth moisturizer for many, many hours. It probably can work well just sitting in your mouth at night. I typically use Xylimelts at night but may try this one as well. Xylimelts is one of the best products for dry mouth but this one is right up there.
