The cool mint aroma is a standout feature. It’s a substance-free way to break old habits, and I found it surprisingly effective for staying engaged during long work sessions.

That said, the aroma could last a little longer, but I’m an aggressive chewer, so it may just be me.

   Chewing only for a little bit the product started to fall apart super fast. It was only chewed on for an hour.

   For me I tried them all different ways from Sunday.
   The problem is, it’s a great concept, but not well executed.
   Let me explain, the flavor sticks are 3 different flavors but they all taste the same, each bag isn’t labeled so you don’t know what is what, but the flavor doesn’t come out, I thought adding water, nope just super light.

   So Using both with a flavor stick and without, if you use with the cap will fall off and the stick falls out each time.
   If you use the cap and the stick without the flavor, there isn’t enough airflow at all.

   The best use of this is for chewing, I will give you that. It needs to be empty the flavor stick isn’t worth having, no instructions to say “dont let flavor stick mouth etc” just very weary without proper instruction..

   I did however cut a little off the bulbous tip with scissors, and created more airflow. I carry one in my pocket, and chew on it or hold it like a cigarette between the fingers, so as a reduction in smoking aid, this can help some cravings but the thing just didn’t do for me what was expected.

   It was novelty for me only.
   Not very usable in this state without more product info.

   I think whoever thought of this idea was brilliant. I had no idea this type of thing existed until I was offered this to review and I’m glad I laid aside my skepticism.

   First, you get three pretty cool colors and each breather stick is easy to fill and then use. Another reviewer graded these low because they said you can’t “taste” the flavor, but if you read the description of this product, it isn’t about taste, it’s about smell and oral behavior.

   Second, the smell of the mint, strawberry and lemon is pretty potent. So the smell is fine and there’s nothing wrong with that.

   Third, the size of these are from the middle of your palm to the top of your middle finger, so they are not long. This is the only thing I was surprised about. I was expecting them to be a lot larger, but honestly, the size is perfect. You can easily put these in your jeans pockets, carry them in your purse etc.

   I love these, bottom line. I hope that they expand the scents and keep on producing. I think more people would love this product and so I am giving them 5 stars.

The chewable tip feels softer than chewing on pens or straws, which is what I used to do absentmindedly. This is more comfortable, and the added aroma gives me a little sensory boost. I like that it feels intentional rather than random fidgeting. The weighted base lets me set it on the table without it rolling away, and the silicone feels safe and reusable.

   Not crazy about it. Can’t taste the strawberry or lemon at all. And can barely taste the mint. I wouldnt buy again.
