I received these “Replacement Toothbrush Heads Compatible with Oral B Braun Pro 1000/Genius X/Smart 1500, Brush Heads Refill Compatible with Oral B for Teeth and Gums Care (12 Black)” to try. If you’re looking for an inexpensive option to replace most brushheads for the Oral B handles, this is it! This price point is fantastic for 12 heads. These will fit most Oral B models *EXCEPT IO MODELS* but please double check your model! If you don’t know your model, use Google Lens and take a photo of your brush handle. I have an IO, but my husband and daughter have another model of Oral B and these work great. They’re color coded to tell them apart (you can also color code, one for morning and one for night). There is a slight difference since they aren’t Oral B brand, but it’s barely detectable and is a huge money savings.
I use these with my Oral B toothbrush and they’re a perfect fit and replacement for the much more expensive Oral B branded brush heads. They’re soft, clean super well, and they’re slightly louder than the Oral B ones but obviously not super loud. For the 2-3 minutes you brush, it’s no big deal. They leave my gums and teeth healthy and are such a good pick!
One of my least favorite things about my toothbrush is how expensive the replacement brush heads are, but I refuse to stop using it because I’ve never found a better toothbrush. Because of this, I’m always looking for alternatives to the branded brush heads in hopes that they work just as well, and these ones give them a run for their money. They work surprisingly well, and my teeth feel as clean as when I use the regular ones. I will say they are the tiniest bit loose when they connect; not in a way where it might slip off in the middle of brushing, but they wobble around a bit for sure. And I’ve noticed a couple times with how the actual brush head vibrates that my lip can get pinched between the plastic. Still, though, they work quite well and last just about as long as the on-brand brush heads. It’s not shown in my photos, but all of the packaging for these were in German which I wasn’t expecting but didn’t affect the brushes. I also ordered the 14 pack, but they arrived as four packages of four brush heads so I ended up with 16 which was a nice bonus. Since others have said they do not fit all models, I will clarify that I use an Oral B BRAUN toothbrush and they fit fine.
Quality of item is less than expected. Replacement heads are very noisy and annoying. Old saying you get what you pay for, lacking in quality.
almost as good as OEM, brand name heads but you would have to be severely afflicted with OCD to tell. Very good value for what it does. I don’t see why you would want/need to spend twice as much for brand name when you have to replace it every few months anyway. Brushing action is smooth, noise level is the same as brand name. No splatter, easy to clean with water after use.
I got these for my Oral B/Braun electric toothbrush. I got the toothbrush from Costco and don’t know what model it is (no markings on it other than the name) but it fits perfectly and works well.
It is great that the brushes come 4 per package – that way they stay nice and clean in packaging until needed.
I wasn’t sure they’d fit since i didn’t know the model number (I got the toothbrush a few years ago) and am glad they fit.
The brushes are just the right blend of firm and soft. They even have the little color rings so you can tell which toothbrush belongs to you (we have two – his and hers). Definitely a bargain too – before this i think i was buying my brush heads at the dentist office after a cleaning, at about $2/each. These are a great deal and work just fine.

This replacement heads are a perfect fit for my Genius X. I have been using a head for about a month, and so far the wear seems comparable to the name brand. It’s a medium softness level, as expected. This is a great value for the price, since name brand heads cost a lot more and these work just as well.
