   There isn’t a lot of minty taste to this toothpaste, but it isn’t unpleasant. It’s difficult to know if it’s helping my enamel, I guess I’ll find that out at my next dentist visit. I don’t have particularly sensitive teeth, but this is a gentle paste.

   I really like this toothpaste and would have a hard time going back to my old store-bought brands. I think it’s very effective at cleaning my aging teeth and gums even with no fluoride content. It has a mild minty taste…not strong or overpowering and keeps my mouth feeling fresh for a good long time. Since I began using hydroxyapatite toothpaste I have stopped having any gum bleeding or tooth sensitivity as well. I’m sold and will continue to purchase it, although that will be a while since this 2-pack lasts a really long time!

   This is my favorite toothpaste! It’s great for rebuilding aging teeth, keeping your teeth healthy and free of pain. Its very easy to use, just replace your regular toothpaste with it. It’s very effective at whitening your teeth without harsh chemicals. It has a pleasant taste as well.

   This two pack of hydroxyapatite toothpaste is a good value. I prefer this stuff over fluoride. It has anti cavity benefits without being toxic. It’s safer for kids or say brushing a pets teeth as well, since it’s not harmful if swallowed.

   The paste itself is similar to others I’ve tried, having a slightly off white soft slightly chalky texture. You don’t feel any chalkiness in your mouth, but you can observe it visually. The paste doesn’t turn super thin when you brush, it easily coats your teeth and you can complete a 2 or 3 minute brushing without feeling like you’re going to make a mess. At least with my Sonicare brush anyway. I’ve never tried it with a normal brush.
   I’ve tried a lot of these, most are very mild. This one is too, but it differs in being slightly spearmint like. It also has the typical flavor nHAP has, which is also a very mild taste.

   I had never heard of hydroxyapatite toothpaste before, but after seeing it on Amazon and doing a little research, I figured—why not give it a try?

   I used it for a full week, and my teeth already looked a bit whiter. Since it doesn’t contain fluoride, I plan to keep using it, but alternate with a fluoride toothpaste for added protection.

   The taste is mild with a subtle mint flavor, though it does have a slightly unusual aftertaste—kind of like a hint of hand lotion. It’s not unpleasant, just different.

   Overall, this toothpaste seems to work well and could be a solid alternative to traditional fluoride-based options.

   I was a little hesitant to order this toothpaste just because of the name–big chemical names sound scary. Once I researched it though, that big long name is a compound found in bones and teeth. The advertisement states that it is for sensitive teeth, but no where on the packaging or tubes does it mention for sensitive teeth. That was a little confusing as well. It doesn’t have flouride in it, which I do try to avoid so that’s good (for me anyway). I’ve been using the toothpaste a little over a week now and I do like it. It foams a little more than what I’m used to, but it cleans really well, and I do believe it is brightening my teeth each time I brush. I’m also not experiencing any sensitivity to hot or cold, so it must be sensitive toothpaste whether it’s on the package or not. It also has a clean fresh mint flavor.
