   Sometimes I deal with an active mind right when im trying yo go to sleep. I will toss and turn for a long time. Insomnia for me is worse in pregnancy and my friend told me about coffea cruda! This is amazing! It does calm the mind pretty quickly so you can fall asleep. I always keep a tube on me!

   You know when you can’t calm down your brain at night? You keep thinking, and thinking and can’t relax and fall asleep?

   This works for that. If you are an adult, or a child… even for babies who are so agitated getting to know the world around them and can’t sleep. Yep! My mom gave these to us when we were little, to help with that.

   So, after years of struggling with sleep, I came with three things that combined seems to work:
   – Coffea cruda C6 or C30 – before or after dinner
   – Sleep calm – before bed
   – Red light bulb and red night lights – 1-2 hour before bed time, turn off the bright lights in your house and use red lights.

   I fall asleep faster, sleep deeper and wake up less during the night.

   NOW, if you wake up a lot to go to the bathroom (like I did before), pumpkin seed oil is the thing.

   Try this and get some good sleep… and come back to tell me…=)

   Great for “monkey mind” at bedtime. Thought calming, easy to use. I pt. deducted because expensive for the 6-7 doses in the tube.

   I have been dealing with sleep issues for well over a year. I’ve tried other items and they work well for a few days, then stop. I can usually sleep for about 3 hours, then my mind starts racing and stressing me out. I start tossing and turning, waking up more tired than when I went to bed.

   I decided to try Coffea Cruda and have been extremely pleased with the results. I take right before bed, watch a few minutes of TV (usually 10 – 15 minutes) and I’m falling asleep. If I do wake up in the middle of the night I can go right back to sleep. This has helped me regain some much needed sleep!

   This product is amazing… it helps me fall asleep fast and get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I have tried many products but none are as effective as this one.

   Wish I’d known about this product with my first pregnancy. Pregnancy insomnia was combatted successfully! I’d have a few before bedtime and I’d feel drowsy but not fuzzy headed. If I woke in the night I’d pop another 2 to help me drift back to sleep quickly-especially if I got up and used my phone/computer.
   I will always be reordering and recommending to folks. Love Boiron products-we use the pulsatilla for our toddler when she’s sick.

   Wow, I am not sure where to start. These came recommended to me to use when I can’t turn my brain off at night, thus resulting in another night of insomnia. 1) the plastic covering the lid was very hard to remove. 2) Once I managed to get the plastic off I couldn’t figure out how to remove the lid. There are two arrows, going in opposite directions and the non-English words that read “Renversez Tournez”, which means nothing to me. 3) I finally screwed off the cap and there was a small hole from which the tiny pills are supposed to go through. The problem is I couldn’t get any of the pills through the tiny hole. So I pried it off and removed the pills.

   The directions say to dissolve 5 tablets under the tongue, which I tried to do, but it took them a LONG time to actually dissolve. They did absolutely NOTHING to help me sleep. I was awake for 2 1/2 hours after taking these pills. Once I got to sleep I awoke a few hours later. To say I am not impressed is a big understatement.
