   I’ve had such a hard time finding a multivitamin that doesn’t make me feel super sick for like an hour after taking it (even when I take it with food), so it was SUCH a relief to find this one! I’ve been taking ones that made me sick for years and I am so glad I switched to this one since it has not made me feel sick AT ALL since I’ve been taking them for about 2 weeks now!
   There’s a slight B-vitamin taste, but it’s not too noticeable compared to others I’ve taken in the past and it goes away quickly if you take another sip of water. The capsule is well-coated so it doesn’t get stuck in your throat at all.
   I am so grateful to have found this, it’s helping me to feel better without making me sick! Plus a pretty good value as well!

   Great product. My girlfriend is a vegan, and I did quite a bit of research before settling on purchasing this brand for her. The ingredients are well rounded and seem to be a perfect fit to supplement her diet.

   The pills arent quite as bulky as other multi’s I’ve had in the past so that’s nice. Overall these appear to be a good, clean vitamin at a great price. Will purchase again and reccomend to others!

   The perfect vitamin! I’m a big believer in multis. I just don’t feel right if I don’t take them. Well, I’ve finally found the holy grail. The stellar reviews exist for a reason. I am vegan leaning, so I love the fact that they’re vegan. The amount of B6 & B12 is perfect for me, as are all the other ingredients. I noticed my energy returning almost immediately when I started these after a week of no vitamins. I love that there are stress maintenance herbs like Ashwagandha included as well. And the price is fantastic. I’ll be stuck on this brand for a long time!

   since i went vegan I never took a supplement but I was starting to feel tired and low energy a lot. I started doing research and found that this brand was a good vegan supplement to take. My energy levels have gone up a lot since I started to take it. I don’t have issues taking pills so this is easy for me to swallow. I can’t taste it as well but I also take 5 pills at once, including this one.

   My friend actually referred these to me and I like them so I decided to purchase them myself and for the price they are quite amazing. I do have a sensitive stomach so with most vitamins that are in pill form 10 to make me throw up or feel very queasy. Unfortunately these vitamins happened to do the same thing. I will try again though and probably take these vitamins during mid-day after I’ve had a couple of meals instead of first thing when I wake up with a glass of water and breakfast. but they will not go to waste regardless because I can just give them to my fiance who doesn’t have a sensitive stomach when it comes to pills or vitamins.
   I did receive the battle damaged but it was just the cap and the inside part of the cap still does twist on it just doesn’t have the child safety lock cap anymore, but fortunately for me my medications are stored safely where my daughter couldn’t even reach or get to them. The bottle itself was not open or seem tampered with, and it arrived in a box that was quite big with a couple other items which were soft boxes that held panty liners and there was another vitamin bottle that was vegan B-12. So.. I’m not really sure how the first portion of the cap broke, but all of the product was still there. I didn’t have any trouble with swallowing the vitamin and I didn’t notice any taste or if I burped I didn’t have like an aftertaste. and also didn’t have a smell at least to me and I liked how the vitamin itself was a green color.

   I like how this is a very inexpensive product. It is great to use as someone who is mostly vegan. It also has small amounts of spirulina and chlorella in it which I think is cool. I take this mostly for the iron and b12 though. Most of the time, I have a very nutritional drink each day with lots of spirulina, chlorella and various herbs. However, the jury is still out (to me at least) as to whether the b12 from these sources is actually utilized by the body or whether they are just analogues, being absorbed and taking up the space in the receptors, but not actually serving the function of b12. In the meantime I will use a product like this. It seems to be decent quality and is very affordable. The only reason I took one star off is because it is not food based; I don’t really know where most of the ingredients come from so I have to assume that they are synthetic. This isn’t necessarily bad, but our bodies may have a little harder time recognizing the constituents and making use of them.

   I am at a complete loss as to how vitamin manufacturers fail to include iron. But, the reality is that most of them don’t. So, it was tricky to find a multivitamin that (1) contained iron and (2) was vegetarian. These really fit the bill. If you can get over the fact that they’re green, then this is really your best choice. Another plus is that you only have to take one of these each day. A lot of comparable vegetarian multivitamins require that you take three or four per day. This is a one and done situation and has a lot of the vitamins and minerals that most of us need. It’s the complete package!

   I love these !!
   These were the most complete vitamins for vegans that I have found — they have most of the supplemental vitamins you need all in one pill!
   I just take one every day and am able to get an adequate amount of a long list of vitamins.
   Other multivitamins I considered were not as complete as this. I am happy I was able to find a multivitamin that had so many different nutritional needs in it.
   I have since reordered and plan to use these for as long as I stay vegan!
   This is also great for vegetarians!
   You simply take one pill a day.
   They pills are normal size, green color (goes with the vegan theme), and easy to swallow!
   I have not experienced any bad taste or after taste from them which is one of my worst pet peeves when it comes to medicine.
   Easy to swallow and all around convenient, highly recommend!
