   I have used several tubes but the last one did not pump. I have sensitive skin and this toothpaste is more gentile than most. It seems to work well. I will buy more inspite of the pump problems.

   very unsatisfying. The pump is terrible. 50 + pumps to get the toothpaste out.
   I used it 1 day and threw it out. I developed a horrible rash in my mouth.
   I do not recommend.

   how can you sell a product that is defective? This is the second can I have bought that is what a appears to be a full can but when you press the spout nothing happens. So I’ve bought toothpaste that I can’t use twice. The first can worked so I had tried more. I need a refund this time.

   I’ve been using this product for years it’s a great product very effective I feel like the only negative reviews are people having trouble with the pump but the pump is designed that way to keep the product fresh if you’re having trouble getting the product out just hold your finger over the hole and pump it for 20 seconds or however long until you feel the product come up against your finger and then the pump is primed and it’ll be good to go…

   I only received this a few days ago but already I love it. I needed a toothpaste without fluoride. I also needed something to help with dry mouth. The very first day I used it the problem with dry mouth has been alleviated a lot. The taste and texture are at least as good as supermarket toothpastes. The fresh feeling in the mouth lasts a good long time – actually longer than the SUPER-minted Crest pastes and gels. My husband has traditionally just used the free little toothpastes from the dentist and the travel sizes from the supermarket because he’s not fussy and has no special needs. He tried out this new toothpaste and now he loves it too. Guess we’ll be buying more!

   I have suffered from dry mouth for more than ten years. For many of those years, I purchased Biotene gel toothpaste, but as far as I can tell, they stopped making it. I’m not a fan of their paste versions, so I started to look for alternatives. This toothpaste is not a gel, but it is a very light paste. It uses a pump to extract a small amount of toothpaste from the container. At first, I thought it was too little, but I’ve grown to think it is the perfect amount…most of the time. And if I need more, I just pump a smaller amount out to add to what I have.

   My only issue is that on a couple of containers, I had to push the pump (I would guess) over 100 times before any toothpaste finally came out. I gave up one night and was going to return it the next day, but when I tried one more time the toothpaste came out.

   I would definitely purchase the toothpaste again…in fact I have.

   Far too runny had to tip my toothbrush on it’s side to be able to retain the product on my brush. Worked about the same as other ok products but not worth the hassle of keeping it on the brush. Even tried shaky it. Will not be buying this product again.

   I only got to use this toothpaste about 3-4 times before the pump completely stopped working and I can’t get any more of the paste out. The few times I used it I liked it seemed to help relieve my dry mouth side effect I receive from my meds. Would like to continue using it but can’t, because there’s no way that I can tell to get the paste out besides using the pump. 🙁

    nice light menthol taste helps my dry mouth only if I use it as directed 3 times a day and keep in mouth for 2 or 3 minutes for full effect
