Easy to take, great flavor and a nice sweet pick me up. I personally think the texture is a little too gummy, but I’ve shared this with friends who do not agree with me and really enjoy it.
I got them to see if I could improve my hair — and have noticed more voluminous and healthier hair, as well as stronger nails. I have been most satisfied with the fact that these gummies include so many other vitamins and minerals! They are basically a multivitamin for me.
Good test and very soft
These are real gummies. They sort of stick to my teeth as I chew them. I don’t particularly like the taste, sort of the flavor of moth balls if one were to eat them. I was getting some from Beauty that I really liked but could not find them this time. Hopefully they will perform like the others.
I have been using for 2 weeks and see a noticeable difference in the length and strength of my nails. I have not noticed a decrease in hair loss, still losing handfuls during every shower, but I do think my hair is looking healthier and more shiny. Gummies have a good taste but do stick to your teeth.

I am turning 50 and my hair was falling out like never before. I could see a hair or two falling wherever I was standing. I would wipe the floor and find a bunch of my hair all over the floor every single day, not to mention in the bathtub after washing it. I did the research and found this Nature Craft Biotin because I wanted to get something healthy. This product contains all-natural ingredients and does not contain GMOs. As a plus, it has some other vitamins I needed especially vitamin B.
Gummies are good to taste, soft enough to chew, don’t smell. For the first 2 weeks, I did not notice any changes but later on, when wiping the floor I first notice a little bit of hair, and on the 4th week, I stop seeing hair on the floor. I am so conscious of my hair falling that wherever I am standing I check the floor or the table and no hair. My hair grew a lot within these 4 weeks. I can not say my hair is fuller and thicker just yet but the fact that I don’t see my hair falling wherever I stand or walk makes me happy.
I will definitely continue taking this Biotin and I will definitely order a new bottle.
I started using these Biotin vitamins when my nails became very brittle with deep vertical ridges. My hair had bee quite thin and I colored it to try to make it look thicker. I was amazed after taking for a month that my hairdresser saw new hair growth. To think I had suffered with thinning hair for years and the solution was so simple. My nails are still a problem so I ordered Natures Craft collagen to see if that will help with skin and nails but I will keep using the biotin. I love not being able to see my scalp.
I have been searching for a biotin gummy supplement that has good ingredients and potent/effective, has a good price point (should be sustainable for continual use – to me, buying a bottle worth $20.00 and over every month is too much), and one that also tastes good.
I started taking this supplement one week ago and I am already noticing that my nails are stronger (they usually break, but I have seen no breakage yet). My hair has a tendency to break and fall especially when I shower or brush it, so I hope to see more strength and fullness in the upcoming weeks. It is already looking smooth and feeling full, but that could also be because I am doing hair treatments as well. I will continue to note how my hair feels in a few weeks after continued use and how my nails grow. The gummies are cherry flavoured and are delicious, which help a lot with remembering to take them! 🙂
What I love about these supplements is not only that they are biotin-potent but they contain a decent amount of Vitamins A, C, D, E, and also lots of folate, which is really wonderful as it functions also as a multivitamin in that respect. For the price, I am very pleased with this supplement.

I ordered this because as I get older I’ve noticed my hair seems to be thinning and falling out more. Also, my skin was drying out and the wrinkles were starting to settle in. I already use a good skin-care regimen and eat well, but I decided that a little extra help from the inside would be a good idea. I take a multi-vitamin daily, but wanted something with extra biotin b/c it’s known to be good for hair and skin.
They taste great, I literally feel like I’m eating candy. This is a great added bonus b/c I’m very sensitive to the taste of vitamins, I can usually pick it up in anything and it makes me really nauseous. But these taste great.
I’ve been taking them for a little over a month and have noticed that my hair doesn’t seem to be coming out as much, which I am really thankful for. I think it’s too early to see any difference in my skin, but if it helps with my hair then I have no reason to believe it won’t help with my skin also.
