Masks have been part of my skincare regime for decades, and most seem to be variations on a common theme. This one? It is different on a few levels.
Each mask is individually packaged in its own envelope and comes in two pieces: one that covers the top 2/3 of the face and a 2nd that covers the lower portion. The mask is heavily saturated in serum and feels very similar in texture to under eye masks–a sort of flexible-yet-firm gelatinous sheet. It conformed well enough to my forehead, cheeks, and chin, but I had to keep tapping down the nose and eye sections at the start. Over time, I noticed that it was adhering much better, and after a while it almost seemed to melt into my skin. At this point–around the 1.5 hour mark for me–I believe it would work as an overnight mask, whereas prior to that point it would have slid and been uncomfortable. I removed it once the mask turned from white to transparent and became paper-thin: at just past hour 3. My skin was super-soft and deeply hydrated by this point, and I awakened to a delightfully glowy face!
I found it to be wonderfully effective and offered here at an excellent price for the results. It does require more of a time commitment than other masks, but it is well worth the investment. Recommended!

I tried to sleep in this mask, as suggested, but failed. I toss and turn too much. Attempt #2 – I left on for about 4 hours. That was all I could handle. I did notice a semi-dramatic result in the smoothness of my skin. I regularly use facial masks and while this is a nice set, it didn’t totally rock my world. But then again, I wasn’t able to give it the full overnight work time. Hopefully others have better luck.

The mask is a two piece collagen mask that comes in a large package that designed to protect the masks in transit so that they stay intact. You have to use care when removing the masks from the package so that you do not rip them. They are smooth and hydrating. With his type of sheet mask I tend to think lying down reclined is best to make sure they stay in place while you are treating your skin to get the best benefit from them.
