Used for neck pain and the menthol and other goodies in this cream smells nice, not like some products where your eyes water from strength of the whatever they utilize for the menthol aspects of the lotion. The product is also a creme so if you use any type of neck massager, theracane or other trigger point pain relief products, this cream doubles as a pain reliever and allows the massager to glide while further applying the product. It is a nice product and after having chronic pain for 12 plus years, this is a nice alternative treatment as compared to many OTC pain relievers. Plus I like the fact I am actually putting products on my body that I know what they are and it is not a science experiment to find out what is in most OTC topical pain relievers.

Bought this for my daughter who is a swimmer and she says it really helps with sore muscles on and off the pool deck. Very effective and less expensive than pricey alternatives that work the same!

This pain cream is amazing! As soon as I rub it on the aching parts I have relief almost immediately. I also appreciate that the cost is very reasonable. The cream by itself seems to have a sticky after effect but I found adding a little bit of lotion to it helps eleviates that issue

I am on my second tube and wanted to wait until I finished the first one and felt comfortable enough with it to re-order before I wrote a review. Like most pain sufferers, I’ve been trying to find the one or two topical products that will make me feel better because I just don’t want to have to take pills if I can avoid it. My last pain battle involved a really nasty visit by piriformis syndrome and accompanying sciatica and hip pain that had taken me out of the game for probably two months before I found this product. I used it in conjunction with ice and heat packs and some stretching to address the pain in my hip and butt that this particular bout was causing. I followed the directions and used it right after a shower, so my pores were open and receptive to the ingredients. I began to feel relief after about a week of daily use. I still use other topical products for other problems, but this seems to have really helped the piriformis/sciatica problem. Although it’s expensive, I’ll continue to use it as long as it brings me relief. I use other topicals for other specific conditions, but You + Relief will be my daily go for the sciatica issue.

I have a significant amount of muscle aches from exercise and a busy lifestyle. I like using this cream on my shoulders, back and legs. It relaxes my muscles and encourages a sense of calm that helps me to wind down for the evening and sleep soundly. It works without having that overwhelming tense, burning sensation like other creams I’ve used. I also really like that the ingredients are all natural. I’m mostly enjoying that it works and I’m able to use it daily; it’s proven to be a great buy.

I have only used this cream for a week, so will need a little longer to provide a more accurate evaluation. Thus far though, it has eased the pain in my hands and leg somewhat, so hoping it continues to decrease the pain. It isn’t greasy, massages in easily, has minimal odor, and a little goes a long way. A good buy.

As a Fibromyalgia Warrior, I’m supposed to be taking appropriately 100 supplements everyday and sometimes I just don’t want to swallow another. effing. pill. In comes this amazing RELIEF CREAM by THE FEEL GOOD LAB. It does, in fact, feel good. This is one of my go-to creams because of the abundance of supplements that are applied on my skin that supposedly “helps your body heal itself within multiple different pain pathways, not just block your pain.” You+Relief contains fibro-necssary healing botanicals and nutrients like: magnesium, turmeric, glucosamine, aloe vera, devil’s claw, boswellia, and a bunch of other stuff. In addition to that, it has some immediate relief: 1.5% menthol, arnica and emu oil (I’m sure there’s more, but those are the ones that are familiar to me as a person that deals with chronic pain). I prefer this cream to my 10 other options because the immediate healing effects don’t burn or itch, just has a slight cooling effect from the menthol, and it has other benefits so it feels like I’m taking the supplements I always forget about. It’s *a little* sticky but it’s not bothersome. Try it. I know you want to *feel good*!!!!
Update 7/2018: I used up my first tube and just reordered another! I love this stuff.
