It has been said of late that we are not getting enough vitamin D, and as we age there are issues with bone loss and osteoporosis due to calcium deficiency. This formulation comes to the rescue to fortify our bones and teeth due to the D3 (the preferred form of vitamin D) and K2 molecules combining to help absorb calcium in the gut and direct it de the bloodstream and into the bones for strengthening.
There are other significant ingredients included: calcium and magnesium. Both of these are very important and work with the D3 and K2 to aid in bone vitalization.
My family has been plagued with soft teeth and after I started using this formula, I noticed that my teeth were filling in and getting much stronger. That was an unexpected bonus. This is a perfect supplement combo to add to protect your important skeletal system and for improved dental health.
This is a nice product of diet supplement for two important minerals calcium and magnesium. They are well known to have benefit on our bone, brain, heart, immunity and muscles. Most importantly, this product contains vitamins D3 and K2 to help us absorb calcium and incorporate into bone. As notice from the supplement fact, this product only contains a small amount of calcium. Its role is to help better use of calcium from our foods with the combined effect of these two vitamins and magnesium. Since some of them are antioxidants, when the 4 agents work together as a novel supplement, we may also have other benefits on anti-inflammation. The capsules are very small and easy to swallow. This bottle is a good supply for 4 months. Also as noticed on the bottle. This product is tested by a third party.
Initially I was excited about finding another 5,000IU/VitK supplement because my current one is 10,000IU and that’s a bit of an overload for me. Every VitD supplement I’ve ever used was a softgel with a coconut oil base so I was really surprised when this arrived and it was a capsule. Not only that but there are way too many fillers/binders in this product for it being a simple ingredient list. It’s really unnecessary and if they had just chosen the typical way these come (as described above) then all those fillers would be unnecessary. Also, if you 10,000IU and VitK can fit in a tiny softgel, why does this need a larger capsule (probably all the fillers).
Unfortunately due to the unnecessary extras I just didn’t want to take this supplement.

My wife recently broke her foot, so I ordered this product with her in mind. I bought it to pair with a supplement with a high calcium content. This product contains the following:
Vitamin D3 – 125 mcg, 5000 IU (625% Daily Value)
Vitamin K2 – 120 mcg (100% Daily Value)
Calcium – 120 mg (8% Daily Value)
Magnesium Citrate – 150 mg (36% Daily Value)
Only one capsule is needed per dose, so this product will last 120 days. This product shines in that it contains all natural ingredients. The capsules are made from vegetable cellulose, so this product does not seem to contain gelatin. The capsules are are easy to swallow.
I recommend doing some of your own research regarding heart health and bone health and how this product could be incorporated into your health routine. For me personally, I needed a higher calcium content, so I needed to pair it with another supplement. However, the ingredients in this product are invaluable for heart health and calcium absorption, so it works great for our situation. Thumbs up!

The formula includes a generous amount of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2, along with some Calcium and Magnesium. I know that D3 and K2 work together to help the body use calcium properly, which is important for strong bones and teeth. As someone with joint issues I like that it helps calcium go where it’s needed, rather than building up in arteries.
I also value the immune support provided by Vitamin D3, especially for helping my body maintain its defenses.
The capsules themselves are easy to take and swallow, although they could be smaller. I also appreciate that the product is made without common additives like gluten, artificial colors, or artificial flavors, and that it’s non-GMO and soy-free, which fits into my dietary requirements.
Each bottle comes with 120 capsules, which is a great value for the price, lasting for four months when taken daily. My doctor did a Vitamin D test to check my levels recently after using this product and the results were in the upper end of the test without being over the top limit.
I am a believer in having good levels of vitamin D (it’s been shown that it protects well during viral outbreaks, etc). When supplementing with vitamin D, we should also do K, and for the maximum calcium absorption, we also need Magnesium, and it gets quite overwhelming to take all these pills separately. That’s where the ease of use of this combo supplement comes in. It has a nice high dose of D (5,000 IU) and appropriate amounts of K, Ca, and Mg for the best absorption. The pills are pretty small and easy to swallow, and the value is great too. It will last for about four months.
I’ve been feeling like I haven’t been getting enough sun so I figured I should start supplementing with Vitamin D. This Vitamin D supplement seems decent, though I wish the label specifically said where it was made (the product page says “country of origin USA”).
