My husband and I both started taking these one week ago. This product is not one that you have to wait for the effects to take place. (Yee Haw!!) We’re going to give you both perspectives of husband and wife.
Husband: Noticed right away that I could do more sets lifting, recovery time was in half, boosted endurance, and gave me great stamina. I’m 44 and I did notice a huge difference in levels of testosterone and performance. I take one pill in the morning and one a 1/2 hour before I work out.
Some say that this product isn’t strong enough. However, I couldn’t see taking a higher dosage. Just as it is gives me twice the amount of strength for exercising and chores.
Wife: I’m 45 and had been taking Rhodia Rosea to try to lose weight. I noticed that it only helped me to get my metabolism up to where it should be so I don’t continue to gain weight as I get older. Tribulus, on the other hand, blows that one away! Ladies, let me tell you what, this will get the inches and the pounds flying off of you!
Now, granted, I already had a workout kind of going on. Nothing extreme, just a few things so I didn’t feel guilty about not working out! When I started taking this I noticed almost right away that I had more of a motivation and desire to want to work out and that I could work out longer. I also noticed that I sweated a whole lot more.
With this pill you have to be careful because you will feel like a kid who could just keep on going. The problem is that you will feel the results of going all day either that night or the next day! You will have to pace yourself especially if you haven’t been working out at all.
I take one pill in the morning and then one a little before I start my workout. I take it with some food because vitamins always make me sick on an empty stomach. However, my husband has taken them without food and been fine. It does not make me jittery at all. My husband says that he can totally see the difference of the inches coming off after only one week! Remember, go by how the clothes are fitting not necessarily what the scales are saying because muscle weighs more than fat!

I first tried this supplement alone and didn’t see any results. Many articles and studies pointed to increased efficacy when combined with tongkat ali, so I combined the trib with longjack and it seems to work. I’m over 50 and get to the gym 4-5x a week. My experience is that the tribulus alone didn’t produce a noticeable effect but when you combine the trib and long jack there was a definite noticeable difference in fat burning, lean muscle gain, and that other testosterone-dependent department. I take this on gym days and after every bottle I lay off for 3-4 weeks. It’s reasonably priced. I highly recommend it at least as a trial. The NOW tribulus seems to be better priced and work better than others I’ve experimented with

Started taking this at 22 and have been taking it almost everyday for 6 years now. I’ve tried other Trib products, but always come back to NOW. Although there is nothing wrong with my libido, it does appear to increase it. The main reason I take it is focus in the gym. I have a very noticeable difference in my energy and focus while taking this, vs not.
I’ve been taking this long enough to note that a couple things;
– It does increase by libido, even as a healthy 20 something male. Both size and especially stamina.
– It gives me extreme focus in the gym. (I take around 4-6k mg a day)
– When I take it before bed I wake with almost ZERO grogginess. I cannot explain why it does it, but I have given it to many of my friends who experience the same result.
Although I have had great success with it, and many of my friends have as well, not everyone experiences the same outcome. I don’t know why, but some guys get no effects from it. I would like to note that I am in very good shape, eat healthy, yada yada…. If you’re looking for a magic pill to lose weight or see huge gains in the gym, this isn’t it, but it might help, potentially a lot. …..and it’s cheap….

Thats the highest I’ve ever rated a product. But first, the shipping has been incredible. Its a pain to ship to Canada along with extra paperwork, fortunately Now Foods has it mastered! Thank you. About the product. First off I’ve been using this supplement for over 15 years, I’ve tried other brands but they dont work. This isn’t a steroid so you wont look like a bodybuilder, its not a diuretic and it doesn’t increase libido either. Somehow it seems to redirect your own bodies energy supply to where its needed most! I had a stroke almost 20 years ago, it took almost 2 years before I could get out a my wheelchair. Walking has been the biggest problem since. Most people walk and look at the sights at the same time. I have to look down constantly because the slightest dip in the sidewalk will cause me to fall over. My walks would usually last an hour or so and at the end I felt refreshed. The same walks after my stroke left me grasping for air constantly. Since I started using Now Foods Tribulus I am able to get through my whole walks without breathing heavy. I still miss the sights though. For me this product has been a life changer. Whether it will work for you, I dont know. I will keep using it until the end. I definitely recommend this.
