I think this is a hit! Recently diagnosed with RA and Lupus. Many aches and pains when getting up in the morning. I have taken this now for 5 days and already feel a difference. Great product really helps with energy
I’m 57 225ibs been taking these to for over three months. Take my word any male in their 50’s or more you might wanna give these a try for that extra boost in life. For everything I mean everything. Great feeling no crashes.
Good quality supplements recommended to me by my ObGyn as I enter ‘maturity’. No adverse effects after 6 months of taking them.
I started taking these supplements 02-01. At first I took one in the morning and one at night because it’s something new and I didn’t want to overwhelm my system. After a few days I started taking them 2 at a time as per serving size. At first everything was fine but I started getting irritable and frustrated. I was able to manage that for a while but then I started avoiding my family, not saying I love you back, not wanting to be touched. I was internally shutting down and hating the person I suddenly was. I knew something was wrong and 02-13 I stopped using this supplement as it was the only new thing in my life.
Today, 02-15, I feel SOOO much better, so much more myself. I would have to say that the supplements are probably of good quality to have affected me so much and so fast – they’re just not the right thing for me personally.
Always pay attention to YOU when you start a new medication or supplement.
I’ve been taking these for a week now and have noticed the following results. (One pill with breakfast and one pill after dinner).
1. It does give me a slight increase in energy and a slight added focus and clarity while at the office.
2. After drinking the recommended 8oz of water after each pill, I’ll take a massive dump. The kind that smears the toilet bowl 💩. It does cause me to pass a lot of gas which I need to be careful about at work. My poor wife has had to put up with some nasty Dutch oven toots at night as well.
3. For whatever reason I get very tired by 8pm which is a bit of a bonus because I have trouble staying asleep during the night. These pills have allowed me to sleep 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I wake up feeling very tired, but by 8am and ready to take on the day.
I’m not sure if I will buy them again. I’ll have to wait and see how my body adapts to them over the next three weeks. Pros: slight increase in energy, mental clarity, regular dumps, better sleep. Cons: causes me to pass more gas than normal, I’m very tired by 8pm and struggle to stay awake.
