   While I don’t typically like melatonin as an ingredient, I was able to tolerate these well due to the other ingredients like GABA and L -theanine. I really like these for calming down and night and being able to get more solid and consistent sleep.

   While I refuse to get old, I have to admit I’m starting to feel my joints stiffen up and experience a little pain now and then, especially after exerting myself maybe a little too much. This product intrigued me as I often have to take something to help me sleep (it can’t always be bourbon) if my mind is still racing from work or whatever, so having both purposes combined into one supplement seems like a good idea. I am very pleased to report that the sleep aid part of these pills works the best I’ve ever used, they helped me drift off but more importantly stay asleep all night, even through the wife’s snoring and her getting up in the middle of the night multiple times. The joint relief effectiveness is a little harder to rate as I have good days and bad days, but I feel good taking these.

   I’ve tried a lot of sleep aids. This is the only one that has actually helped. I think each product works differently for every person. But this one I recommend trying!

   This sleep aid combines a few sleep-inducing supplements that I had been taking individually, and also introduces a several new herbs and ingredients that I wasn’t familiar with. Typically 5mg of melatonin in a dose isn’t enough to knock me out, but I think the combination of other herbs makes this an effective stand-alone sleep supplement. While I normally take a combination of different sleep aids to fall and stay asleep, this one seems to work fairly consistently on its own. It’s also not a hard or groggy sleep – I seem to wake up pretty naturally and I feel alert in the morning. I need to research some of these herbs more because I haven’t seen several of these in a sleep aid before, but I’m familiar with most of these ingredients. I’m not sure it’s the best value for what you get (it’s only 30 servings), but it is a high quality supplement. I would consider purchasing this occasionally to mix in with my sleep supplement regimen, but I’m not sure id take this every night.

   This supplement has exceeded expectations in its effectiveness in only a very short period of time. It has seemed to help with general rest quality, joint heath, and even back pain and inflammation relief from a recent injury that nothing else would touch. The blend of natural ingredients is of a very high quality and has a whole range of things that I was very happy to be able to find all in one supplement, plus vegan capsules which is very appreciated.

   These are standard sized capsules with a pleasant herbal scent to them and go down easily enough with no funny aftertaste. The price is up there at $53 for a one-month supply, but it is hard to put a price on joint health, pain relief, and a decent night’s sleep, so I would personally say that it is worth every penny.

   I really like the ingredients in these and have had success with other similar supplement. Unfortunately I did not have any success with these at the recommended dose. The cost is much higher than the others I take that work for me so I am going to have to pass on these. The bottle is plastic and skinnier than the one pictured. The expiration date is almost a full year. They have a very herbal smell to them.
