   I have used this company’s melatonin cream and it was a game changer for me, so I was surprised the capsule form didn’t work as well, but I think it is simply a timing issue. I usually need very little to feel an affect, usually 1-2mg only. So I have a feeling the capsule is not working quite as fast as I am used to, you may want to take earlier than other melatonin products to give it time to work. I have always wanted to try pregnenolone and I already take DHEA so this was a unique formula I was happy to find from a company I am beginning to trust. I tend to work up to 50-100mg of DHEA and cycle 5 days on, 2 off for best results, but am thrilled to have a combo product to get some of that in with other ingredients.

   I have issues with getting itchy when I try to get to sleep. There are no bedbugs, my sheets are not the culprit, but once I turn out the light, legs, back, face, head, shoulders, arms, the itchiness rotates around my whole body, keeping me awake.

   I started taking a low level of melatonin, which has helped a great deal. I decided to give this brand a try, and it works just as well as the Midnite brand that I normally use

   In wintertime I sometimes go to bed early and wake up WAY early, so I am looking to try this supplement to allow me to fall back to sleep. I may switch tracks though and begin taking this 30 minutes before bedtime to allow for uninterrupted sleep.

   I am less familiar with DHEA and pregnenolone but they sound of interest as a way to improve focus and memory, as well as mood.

   I’m fighting hot flashes/menopause with supplements so appreciate the small size of this one. I like that it has 3 ingredients in it: DHEA 25mg, Pregnenolone 25mg & Melatonin 2mg. It’s low dose & I cant swear to it’s quality but so far my hot flashes are minimized with this AND the other herbs I’m using.

   I appreciate the combination of three natural ingredients in this supplement. I’ve been taking them for the last two weeks and don’t really notice a significant difference in mood or focus, yet, as far as supplements go, the ingredients as well as the affordability of this product still makes it a yes for a recommendation from me.

   I have been taking these before bed for about 2 weeks now and I do feel like I am in a better mood and a better state of mind in general. I do take anti depressants and added this to the mix. So far so good, and I haven’t experienced any side effects either.

   I don’t respond well to more than 50mg dhea and had been interested in trying pregnenolone. Initially, I was concerned the oral dosage of each would be too low to feel any effects but my concerns were quickly put to rest. Since starting this supplement, my sleep quality has improved and my mood is noticeably more level.

   I really like that this brand is out of Indiana, not far from where I’m from.
