   This is a cost effective product that has helped me maintain a healthy vitamin level. I had an issue with low Vitamin D due to some medications I have to take. After about 3 weeks, my levels are at a normal level.

   I started taking these after getting routine bloodwork done that indicated my Vitamin D levels were low. I live in a usually-overcast environment, so my doctor recommended I start taking supplements. These are not like some kind of magic pill that makes me happy to go weeks at a time without seeing the sun. But I do think they help stabilize my mood and takes the edge off. After taking these for a year (2 pills every morning), my bloodwork indicated I had normal levels of Vitamin D. So in this respect, they work!
