   It is Zinc (often used to support the immune system an I I use it). I would say it is a good price and comparable to the other zinc supplements on the market. It is a bit difficult to review this as zinc is well…zinc BUT I have seen no issues related to quality or metabolization. It seems to reach the system quite easily. Buy this one without risk of a terrible unhelpful supplement.

   These seem to be an effective pill form to supplement zinc. No flavor, no odor, easy to swallow. Bottles were sealed as expected.

   I don’t have a way of measuring purity myself, so going on trust there.

   If you are supplementing with zinc please do your research and seek nutritional advice. Please consider how long you are taking these pills, plus other compounds that should remain in balance with taking in zinc. For example, several versions of zinc also include a level of copper to maintain a balance in the body as both are considered essential. This product is purely zinc, so you may want to seek advice on how to remain in balance.

   I have been taking zinc supplements at bedtime with my Vitamin C for about 7 years now to help support my overall immune system.    I was really happy to find this twin pack of twinlabs zinc capsules. This is a great deal. Each bottle has 50 capsules, for a total of 100. The recommended dose is one capsule, once daily so you get one hundred days worth for about $21. This contains both zinc picolinate and glycinate dihydrate. Zinc acts as a cofactor for over 300 enzymes in the body and is an essential nutrient. It’s naturally found in meat products and plant sources. I’m a vegetarian so I take several supplements to make up for dietary gaps related to my food choices and that’s why I always ensure that I supplement with zinc. Because this is one small capsule, it was really simple and convenient to add in to my current supplement routine. I think this is a great option for the winter time in order to give the immune system a boost. I will definitely reorder this product. I have purchased other products from this manufacturer previously and I have always been satisfied with the quality and efficacy of their products, this is yet another example of a great product from this brand.

   Zinc gluconate and zinc picolinate are my preferred forms of zinc as they are typically better absorbed by the body. I tried many supplements by this brand before and found them to be great quality and this is my first time trying zinc. I received 2 bottles; they arrived well packaged and without damage. Each bottle contains 100 capsules, with a serving size of 1. The capsules are tiny and easy to take – no taste, no smell, no aftertaste. Overall, a great way to get extra zinc into your system.

   This seems like a high quality zinc supplement. The dosage looks to be on par with other zinc I’ve taken. I normally take zinc daily, and this one doesn’t make me feel any different than the others I normally take. I haven’t noticed any reactions or side effects either. The pills are small, easy to swallow, and don’t have much flavor or scent, so they’re a breeze to take.
