This most definitely worked for my husband. He was so tired he could barely get off the couch and wasn’t sleeping well. When we went to the doctor, I requested they test both his D3 and B12 levels. His D3 level came back as 7 ng/ml (optimal would be 50-70, assuming one has no serious disease). He started taking 5 drops of this product daily except for when he was traveling out of the country for 3 weeks. During that time he took a pill form rather than pack a bottle of oil which might leak. The pills were purchased from Amazon and I think would be a good alternative if you don’t like taking drops (Zhou NutritionVitamin K2 (MK7) with D3 Supplement – Vitamin D & K Complex for Strong Bones and a Healthy Heart – 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 & 90 mcg of Vitamin K2 MK-7 – 60 Small & Easy to Swallow Vegetable Capsules). It’s been just under 3 months so we had his blood work redone. His D3 levels have risen from a dangerous low of 7 ng/ml to 41 ng/ml. I will get my blood work done next week and will post if my levels have improved as I have also been taking it daily for 3 months now.
While the amounts of D3 and K2 are lower in this product, I’m happy to be taking the minimum necessary to raise our levels. I see no need to place additional stress on the kidney and liver by taking an excess amount of any vitamin or mineral. Since D3 is a fat soluble vitamin, I also liked that it is in an oil base. We take it in the evening, usually with our last meal of the day. It has a pleasant peppermint flavor and the bottle has lasted longer than I expected with both of us taking it. Makes it very cost effective.

In December of 2015 my Vitamin D levels were at 27. My doctor recommended Vitamin D drops (store bought ones that you swallow) but after doing some research of my own I decided on a liquid form of Vitamin D with Vitamin K2 as both of these combined enhance the absorption of Vitamin D into your body. It comes in a cute little bottle and has a dropper which is easy to use. My doctor recommended I take 2,500 IU a day initially to get my Vitamin D levels up quickly. So I took one drop in the morning and one drop in the evening for the next several months. I never had any side effects from using these drops. I read that Vitamin D is also better absorbed with something fatty so I would squirt a drop on foods such as peanut butter, eggs or any type of meat we would have for dinner. I would always do this on my first bite of food as these drops have a minty taste but once I started eating the rest of my meal this minty taste would disappear. In May of 2016 my Vitamin D levels were at 82. This goes to show these drops really do work! I since reduced my intake to one drop a day and I am currently not adding any drops now that summer is in full force. But I will surely start back up in the fall 🙂 So if you are unsure about which Vitamin D vitamins to purchase I would highly recommend you try these!

I love this product. I used to take the Vitamin D3 pills. Then I realized they have Sunflower Oil (the outer soft gel). I looked around and found that Live Wise Naturals use olive oil instead of Sunflower Oil. I was sold!! My wife and I’ve been taking it for the last 6 months. No after taste, it easy to take. We take 4 drops a day. Love the results so far. I am looking forward to my next blood test in a month.

I ordered this because my vitamin D level as down to 9, very low. I looked at a lot of different products and chose this one as well as one other. I have taken this for about a month as well as trying to get at least 10 minutes of midday sun as often as I can and I got retested and my level is up to 44. The drops are in olive oil, have the correct ratio of vitamin D3 to vitamin K2 and the taste is slightly peppermint. I would like to see this product without the peppermint but it’s not enough to deter me from buying again as I feel this is a good product, best of it’s kind actually. It works quite quickly to get those levels up and I take 3 drops a day in the morning with a small breakfast such as cereal and milk or buttered toast. I noticed while taking vitamin d you will be thirsty more often so increase water intake while using. This is a good thing as we all need hydration and it makes me want to drink water more.
The only reason I gave only 4 stars is the vitamin K is from MK7, a fermented soy. Comments say it contains no soy but I thought MK7 was from soy? It would be a definite 5 star product if I find out I’m wrong about this! It may not be an issue with some but I try to avoid soy. Still, haven’t noticed any strange effects from it, it just does what it says, brings levels up.
Update: 9/21/17 I ordered the unflavored drops on my next order and either I got used to the flavored ones or I’m just not particularly liking the flavor of the unflavored ones but the minty ones are much better. Unfortunately I bought 2 bottles of unflavored so now I have to live this out. I’m happy the company made both kinds for people who can’t do mint flavors, it’s just not for me. I am definitely going to stick with this brand as I’m proof it works. Have my labs tested 4 times a year and this product is awesome.

It didn’t provide any tangible benefits and for that price I’d want to know it’s helping.The dropper is also a bit awkward to use and be precise without losing some as you pull it out of the bottle.
