   I have been using probiotics for while, both over-the-counter and online. I started visiting CVS for this but later came to know online companies such as Seed. I thought I had the best probiotics on the market when I stumbled on this. The results were immediate and drastic. Not only did I have better gut health but I noticed that I didn’t need to take to many maintain these results. I went on weeks without needing to take them again and I was able to even eat foods that have historically upset my stomach like siracha sauce and spicy mustard. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to promote their gut health because of a sensitive stomach. Truly the best.

   I did not notice any of the positive effects other users have spoken of. If anything, these made me more gassy and bloated. I will not be taking these again.

   The probiotic definitely works and I’ve noticed a difference since starting the product a few days ago. Stomach does not experience bloating and I will continue to use this product.

   I did a lot of homework and compared different products before buying this product. It is a combination of many functional ingredients, like several types of enzymes and probiotics that help digestion. I took one capsule with each meal, feels very good so far, the most noticeable effect is improved bowel movements—no more constipation. I will keep using it and will update the long term effect later.

   So far so good. Easy to swallow, effective with digestive discomforts; the old I get the less I feel I can eat. I have only taken with foods I know I can handle as a support for digestion.

   I ordered this product because I read the reviews. I have been switching between different brands for digestive enzymes products. So I decided to give a try. And this product is a game changer. The instruction suggests twice a day and I started with one capsule, then gradually increased to twice a day. It helped with faster digestion good! A bit fruity smell when i opened the bottle. Compared to other brands which I can smell the plastic scent from the capsule material which is always my major killing factor. Soften the stool, also reduces the odor a bit (personal feelings). Value for the money and great performance! Highly recommend!
