I really had high expectations for this product after reading the reviews but I must say I was very disappointed. I noticed no change at all with my problems. I had a bad case of colitis in 2002 which was treated with high doses of steroids plus other colon medications for about two years and am now in remission. I have a very slow moving colon and constipation plus IBS and also acid reflux. These capsules did nothing for these problems. In the mean time I did find a Mega Spectrum Enzyme product that works wonders for me. I won’t order Rez Vera again.

All my life I’ve been troubled by diarrhea. The worst kind is explosive diarrhea, where you think you need a bathroom and you know you have just a couple of minutes to find it at most. So you’re pretty careful about where you go, always keeping in mind where the nearest bathroom is. It’s a pretty limiting way of life.
I have been to several doctors, and they all treated the symptom, not very effectively. My own home remedy was Metamucil psyllium capsules. Taking 20 of these a day, I achieve some level of control.
Two months ago I decided to try this remedy. I can say now that it is successful. I now have a fairly normal digestive system. If I need to go to the bathroom, I feel confident that I can wait a bit.
The great thing about this product is that it doesn’t try to treat the symptom, but rather tries to cure the irritable bowel itself. This is definitely the approach to take and has much better results.
Don’t get me wrong. This is not perfect, I do have the occasional attack of diarrhea. So I’m not totally cured, but I am 90% better. That’s more than good enough for me.
I cannot recommend RezVera too strongly..

I know that everyone’s symptoms are different and that we all have our own version of things. My three bottle order turned out to be successful on bottle one, 1/3 of bottle 2 and I can’t return the third bottle (unopened and no expiration) due to waiting too long to return to Amazon. I had high hopes for this but found that magnesium has worked much better for me. But remember that is FOR ME. Good luck to anyone who attempts to solve their colon issues. If you need a bottle of this ( unopened,etc) let me know.

My daughter has suffered from IBS for most of her adult life, I gave her my bottle of RezVera which she has taken for less than two weeks and already noticed a change in her gas build up and bowel habits. I would say it is worth a try for anyone suffering from any kind of digestive problems. Like anything else it may work different for other people, but it did work for my daughter.

My version of IBS includes BM’s several times a day, often with diarrhea. I have been imperfect in taking this product and it has helped anyway. After taking the product two weeks I’m having formed stools for the first time in almost three years. As long as I stay away from dairy and too much fat (fried foods, gravies, ice cream, milk, and cheese) I don’t have excessive gas or diarrhea. I highly recommend this product for anyone experiencing serious long term issues with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It’s worth the try. Judging from the other reviews I think it is apparent that everyone will have a different experience but if you’ve been suffering from this annoying condition it would be worth giving it a try. I’m hopeful that within another couple of weeks I won’t be tied to ready access to the porcelain throne.
I started by taking only one capsule with each meal and occasionally take two. I now keep the bottle at the table to remind me to take it. I’m looking forward to being out and about again.

A couple of months ago my emotional life was on the skids so of course my stomach matched the chaos. Research looking to products that came with good results prompted an initial purchase of RezVera. Although I think it provided a measure of improvement, it was incumbent upon me to find emotional stability. In the meantime, I opted to continue to use the product because I did not want to take chemicals and it does seem to help. Initially, I used 2 capusules per meal and today I continue to use but have reduced the amount to 1 cap per meal. My emotional life has changed for the better and my stomach is commensurate with that improvement. I don’t “auto-ship” anything and so my only gripe would be the cost per bottle.

I have been dealing with digestive issues for many, many years. Had many tests, several different doctors including chiropractors. Always heard the same thing – from ” everything looks fine just watch what you eat” to “well there’s some slight inflammation- watch what you eat” I couldn’t watch any closer what I ate unless I actually put my eyeball on my food!!!! I was so tired of constantly going to the bathroom, constant pain, bathroom mapping if I ever traveled, keeping extra pants with me – sometimes it would clear up temporarily for no apparent reason only to all come back again. Kept so many food diaries – left out so many different foods – including going gluten free for over 4 months, tried different meds, supplements and probiotics, and other digestive enzymes – nothing seemed to help. Just on the off chance decided to give this a try and after 1 week there was a difference – after 2 weeks – I felt like I was normal again. No pain, I can eat most things except a few that seem to bother me ( that’s not a big deal after what I had gone through), no more running to the bathroom. This stuff is amazing!!!! Rather expensive but so worth it! I take one after every meal. Once and awhile I forget and I have problems again but not as bad as they had been before. This is my third bottle. I have recommended this to others and even bought a bottle to give people a sample to try. This stuff is AMAZING!!! Thank you RezVera – you have changed my life!!!!!

It helped somewhat. Had to use stool softners because It took so long to work. I guess I will have to take 2 at noon and 2 at night??? Hope it works better soon.
