   What can I say? I simply didn’t notice any effect from taking these, neither good or bad. That’s not to say they aren’t what they claim to be, and the ingredients seem to be fine, but for me, they weren’t worth it. But each person is different, and others appear to have positive results, so maybe give them a try if you are in the market for some sort of bio reset product.

   This product did nothing for me, it upset my stomach and made me constipated …I had a hard time sleeping too…. And there is no return .

   While a month’s supply doesn’t allow for a complete assessment of a supplement, if there is a corresponding improvement in one or more modes of functioning, it’s a fair bet the supplement is having a positive effect. I waited several weeks to try this, until another formula I’d tried was finished and out of my system. I’ve recently found that my usual therapeutic workout, much of which is done partially inverted with medicine balls, and is not exactly easy, is significantly less difficult for me. This is a most welcome development, and if the supplement is the active agent, which appears to be the case, more power to it!
   And while most supplements agree with my stomach, some don’t, or else cause other undesirable side affects. I have had no problem whatsoever with Total Bio Reset. No itching, dry mouth or gastric despair.

   I took this for about a month and I started to breakout like never before. I have fairly clear skin with only minor breakouts around my period. But after taking this product I started to have a major breakout on my temples, like red swollen hard bumps, not simple white heads. I assume this means it was working by pushing out toxins, but some warning would have been nice. I plan on waiting till summer and trying again.

   I found decent results with this detoxification supplement, however the monthly cost is a huge disappointment. They do offer it on subscribe and save but still too much for me to afford.

   I noticed I have been more regular and my skin is clearer. Unclear if it is from this or simply a placebo effect. But I have had some more energy than usual. I finished it and I was going to re-order but I wanted to see how I feel after being off it and see if I feel the same or worse. A little on the pricier end, but worth a try one more time. I’ll update after a wash-out period.

   I wish there was some more information on the label. The first day I took them, I took them early in the morning. I woke that night around 3am with cramps and really bad gas. At first I thought I had food poisoning, but then remembered I took the pills. I wish I had taken them early evening so that I didn’t get woken up, but then again, cramps and gas are never welcome! Lol

   I continued anyway just to see if that subsided. Cramps are gone, gas is still more prevalent than usual, but I’m definitely “going” more often which is a great relief. This contains interesting ingredients that I’ve never seen used before in any detox supplement. I’m curious to see if I see any difference my skin/hair if I use it the entire month. We will see!
