   My husband needed this due to prescription injections he has to do weekly. This is a well made 2-pack of 2 gallon size containers for the Sharps disposal. The clear lid allows you to see how full it is. There is also a built in needle removal port for regular syringes. It holds quite a bit considering his injection pens are larger than a normal syringe. It also has a locking slot after the final disposal.
   Overall, it does exactly as it says and is a good value.

   We give our homestead dog insulin shots every day, and needed a clean, secure way to handle the used syringes. This Alcedo sharps container checked all the right boxes. It’s built well, easy to use, and doesn’t look out of place sitting out.

   First Impressions:
   ※ Packaging was plain but clean. The container was sealed properly, and the disposal instructions printed on the side made setup a breeze.

   How We’ve Used It:
   ※ We use it twice a day for insulin needles. The push-top slot works smoothly, and the wide base keeps it stable on our counter near the fridge. It’s handled daily use without issue.

   If you are diabetic or have to take shots for other reasons this is a good product to have. I no longer worry about what do with my used sharps the only thing is being able to dispose of the container when full and sealed. The area I live in has no regular sharps drop off location however twice a year the local hospital will accept during a medication take back. It gives me peace of mind that someone won’t accidentally get stuck by a syringe I may have forgot to recap tightly.
