   Don’t know why, but Aleve PM works better for me than Advil PM, even though it contains less diphenhydramine than the Advil PM. If I do wake up, I can go right back to sleep. With Advil, I was waking up at least twice per night and sometimes not able to get back to sleep.

   I recommend Aleve PM.

   I take every night. Works very well, just hoping my body doesn’t build up a tolerance to it.

   Very easy to open. The outside of the cap is rubber so it’s got a good grip to it and there’s no need to push DOWN on the cap and twist it off, just twist it off with very little resistance.

   I like having the combination of a pain reliever for the odd aches and pains AND something I can take right before bed (a lot of pain relief capsules have caffeine in them so will keep you up at night).

   So if you’re 30+ yrs old you start to get annoying body aches and pains. They also seem to be the most annoying right before or while you’re in bed. They probably keep you up at night too. You probably normally take a regular aleve or other pain killer and have to lay there thinking about how annoying that back or knee pain is until it finally starts to kick in… but thankfully there is aleve PM! The sleep aid in it lets your body relax and get to sleep while the pain meds start kicking in so there’s no ridiculous insomnia while you’re hurting. It’s gentle enough that you won’t wake up super groggy in the morning. Instead, you’re well rested and out of pain. I Live by this stuff! HOWEVER!!!!! If you have kids hide this bottle! It is NOT CHILD PROOF. Which for me (I have no kids) is awesome cause I don’t have to struggle with the bottle. But this should be secured away if you have little ones!

   The last year I have experienced an increase in arthritic issues with my hands. The inflammation and stiffness has brought about an increase in discomfort. I take 2 Aleve PM in the evening and my sleep is uninterrupted and I wake up with my hands not hurting or as tight as they use to be. I am very satisfied with this product. I do not take this every night. I usually take 2 tablets two or three times a week.

   Where have these been all my life?
   Love the easy open bottle. I take 2 before bed and feel brand new in am. They only make me slightly sleepy, so dont expect a true sleep aid.b
   But an excellent pain reliever.

   It is a good product as long as it is taken it in moderation
