   Read the review thought I’d buy it and give it a try. First impressions, its a very fine powder, open the lid and theres dust, good flavor, easy to drink, other than that nothing. My personal opinion their review is horse fritters, “build muscle while not working out”?
   At $105 per tub it’s pricy fruit drink.

   I had a hard time believing that I was seeing and feeling a hard bicep muscle in my right arm again after the year of no use with an intense shoulder surgery. It won’t ever be the same as I’m 71 and the age related sarcopenia is upon my entire body but this is a serious product that even tastes great.

   I am female, in my late 50’s and have lost 57 pounds over the past year. Due to my age, plus being obese, I did not want to lose too much muscle mass as I worked on my health by losing weight. I am not a doctor, and I did not use this product under the advice of a doctor. I am just sharing my personal experience. I looked into ways to avoid losing muscle mass and this product kept coming up as a good supplement. So I don’t know for sure if this is the be-all, end-all for keeping muscle, but now that my body composition has dramatically changed, I am happy to see muscles being uncovered. My next step is to add resistance training (now that I’m not carrying around so much extra weight) because I’ve noticed my legs kind of have a skinny look that I don’t like, but I am a part-time massage therapist, and my arms, chest, and shoulders look pretty strong and defined, especially for someone who does not work out on purpose. I truly believe this supplement helped me keep muscle. Also, in the past six months, I started a semaglutide regimen, which is known for depleting muscle and I think this product is counteracting some of that negative side effect. I’ll be weaning off of the semaglutide soon as I keep reading negatives about it. I’ve been using one scoop of BioTrust a day, usually 5 days a week. One thing I will say is the Fruit Punch flavor is awful. The flavor itself is overpowering, the odor is overwhelming, and it is obnoxiously sweet. I’ve switched to the unflavored and add it to my morning tea with a scoop of collagen and it’s much more tolerable. This supplement is pretty expensive, though, thus the 4 stars, but I like the combination of supplements in it. Muscle loss is a significant factor as we age, but I think this has helped me avoid some of that.

   I am pleased with this product. Immediately it seemed to give a noticeable boost in the gym. I’ve only been using it about a month. It’s easy and pleasant to take and so far I haven’t had any adverse effects from it, that I can tell; only positive.

   Super sweet and they won’t disclose how much stevia is actually in it. When I asked them, they sent me this:
   “The flavoring components of our products are the proprietary formulas of our manufacturers and they do not release that information even to us”.
   So someone on keto or watching their suger intake should be aware.
   However they did refund my money without having to return the product when I told them it was much too sweet for me. I donated it to someone.

   I have been using this for a week and 1/2 .
   I have ordered a second container since it’s on Sale.
   I started out slow the first few days, maybe a 1/3 of a scoop, then a couple days later 1/2 a scoop before going to a full scoop. Once I hit a full scoop I have noticed a difference!

   I have energy and have done more in a day than 2-3 days combined. For reference I am 61, and have really felt bad lately. A couple months or more of really lagging energy .
   I was concerned that my Lyme disease may have reactivated, or the adrenal fatigue that had me homebound for 12 years was creeping back on me?? I didn’t know what was causing my loss of energy and still technically don’t. For the past few months I have had to chew a piece of caffeinated gum just to be able to get out of bed.
   I notice a steady sense of energy. I haven’t needed any of the caffeinated gum and I was chewing a couple pieces a day!
   I have A clearness to my brain. If I have eggs and steak and take a couple MCT capsules I get an even better clarity and energy boost (I am on the Carnivore diet) mostly. I have only remembered to do that twice in the past week though and am still pleased with the sense of well being and energy that this gives me.
   Don’t take it too late. Twice, two evenings in a row I got out to the barn to feed the livestock late and then found that I didn’t sleep well. It finally dawned on me I had taken a second dose mixed in with my electrolytes in my water bottle that goes the the barn with me. Chores take about 2 hours.

   Currently, I also have a fractured vertebrae and so working is harder because I am covered in braces and in pain and this has still helped me find the energy I need to go and feed my animals.

   This is one of the few products I have seen such a quick response to. I have also been looking to order some regular Creatine to add a touch more as once I have healed I’m going to start strength training and building some muscles for this poor old body again!

   I really am very happy with this product and plan to put it on auto-ship!

    I haven’t taken it long enough to see the results. I don’t really like any supplements with artificial flavor so I buy tasteless ones. This one is pretty bad. I don’t think I’ll be buying it again
