   UPDATED REVIEW: I have been using this product for a week now and can appreciate the effectiveness it provides. A little background on my personal issues and experience- I have been dealing with hemorrhoids for 22 years and all they have done is get progressively worse (my best advice is DON’T IGNORE THEM just because they are manageable or only bother you sometimes- get them taken care of right away and save yourself my experiences), I have only in the last few years needed to use products to help alleviate the swelling of them-it started here and there but the last 6 months have been the cherry on top (or bottom). My hemorrhoids went from small unnoticeable issues to where they have prolapsed several times a day and have to be manually returned to their hidey hole only for them to come out right away again or not long after causing several trips to the bathroom, a lot of interruptions at work, looks from coworkers, the list goes on and on. My job is warehouse work where I’m on my feet all day having to squat, bend, stoop, lift, pull, push, etc, basically a lot of movement, getting sweaty down there, using muscles that if you didn’t have hemorrhoids you would never know were used and prep h was helping but had lost it’s effectiveness so I started looking for something else while I wait for my doctor’s appt to come and read reviews for this and thought I’d give it a go. I’ll admit my first experience was on then terrible end with the crappy greasy part but I decided to continue trying since I did feel relief in sight. What works for me is using one at night and then I figured out that it would start to wear off about half way through my work day so at lunch I pop one in and sit for my 30 minute lunch giving it a chance to work and found that it would not leak (I’m starting to think that it leaking the first time was because it didn’t get a chance to melt in so to say). I do wear a little light day pad just in case but have not had any more issues with leaking but the effects have been WONDERFUL, I can go through my entire work day and the hemorrhoids have gone feeling like I’m birthing a child to it barely crowning which is easy to get back in without having to go to restroom or use my hands so I’m very satisfied with the product and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

   ORIGINAL REVIEW:
   This product works great at alleviating symptoms, I have hemorrhoids that prolapse several times a day and have to be manipulated back and was using prep h but after reading the comments thought I would give this a try. I used this product as directed but after inserting one in the morning 4 hours later I could feel something greasy and it was the product leaking out which left a greasy stain in my underwear that smelled like I crapped myself so I give it 3 stars and think I’ll try using it just at night since it does work. Also I work in a warehouse so I’m on my feet moving constantly which might have caused the product to leak or once melted but I will say that my hemorrhoids only prolapsed mildly twice which was a nice relief besides the other negative parts.

   This is a really great product from France. I have been ordering it for several years. It really, really works. Well worth the money.

   They work! I don’t know why I waited so long on this form of medication. They work! Easy to administer and provides relief the next day. I use before bed and wake up feeling so much better.

   Este producto es mágico omg yo nunca en mi vida avía sufrido de hemorroides i sentía que me dolió un poco mi parte privada pero por la noche me revisé i me asusté por que tenía una gran bola oscura no se como explicarlo pero me asusté mucho dije a investigar i salía que podía ser eso entonces me puse a buscar en Amazon aver que podía compra i compré este producto lo use uno por la mañana i el otro por la noche eso lo comenté ayer i hoy ya ni tengo esa bola feo pero también compré las pastillas los dos juntos son excelente lo recomiendo al 100 por lo menos ami me funcionó 🥰 si están pasado por algo igual cómprelo no se arrepentirán es súper bueno

   Embarrassing 100%! I have never had this issue before then suddenly it got me. I was in so much pain, once the bleeding started I knew I needed help. I really didn’t think the homeopathic way would help, I ordered the suppositories and the tablets, they were the most cost effective. I started both immediately, the next day I was pleasantly surprised how much relief they gave me! I only wish I would have started sooner. The suppository was a little uncomfortable the first time, but it was also the first time I used one! Just remember to relax and breathe! I believe day 3 I passed gas and then had an “oil” spot on the back of my jeans, luckily no one saw. It did was right out, but be careful!
