   This is my 2nd time ordering 1st time I ordered I lost some weight I believe about 10 pounds with one container and without a diet or exercise. One container lasts me about a month and that is about 2 mugs of coffee a day.

   I just had a baby and within 3 weeks lost 20 pounds. And that could be due to breastfeeding and water weight but I believe it is because of my increased metabolism with the coffee. It causes me to feel thirsty however my appetite is greatly diminshed when taking it. I have another container and after that I am done. This is only a metabolism booster for me and not an everyday consumption. I lost so much weight after using this before my pregnancy and I maintained that weight loss.

   I recommend this as a short term solution/drink like 3-6 months or less not sure what it does to your kidneys. This is a great metabolism booster

   ¡Perfecto para mamás ocupadas y con estilo de vida keto!

   Este café ha sido un verdadero descubrimiento para mí. Como mamá de tres niñas, taxista en Nueva York y con un estilo de vida bastante activo, necesito algo que me dé energía sin hacerme sentir pesada ni cansada después.
   El sabor es delicioso, tiene una textura cremosa gracias a la mantequilla y se siente ese toque especial de sal del Himalaya que lo hace único. Además, ya trae MCT y grasas buenas, así que es ideal para quienes seguimos una alimentación baja en carbohidratos o cetogénica.
   Me encanta que sea instantáneo, solo le agrego agua caliente y listo. Lo tomo antes de salir a trabajar o mientras hago cosas en casa, y me mantiene satisfecha por varias horas.
   Recomiendo este café 100% si estás buscando algo práctico, sabroso y compatible con el estilo de vida keto.

   From the ingredients list, I was extremely happy with this purchase. Ticked all the buttons I was looking for. Received it within 24 hours and gave it a test drive. Mixed well (I use a little battery powered drink mixer) and taste was OK, a little bland, but as I use a plant based 1 gram of sugar chocolate protein powder from Wegman’s, i put about 1/3 scoop of that and mixed it up and it was perfect. This will definitely be my new morning go to but some may want to add a little sweetener to take it up a notch but with the ingredients (especially the much needed morning caffeine boost) this is an excellent product and value!

   The taste is not palatable and I can’t even taste the coffee…I could only just smell it,.. thats it!
   I won’t be buying it and I don’t there is any result on this. Look like a scam!

   So, I’ve been on keto for 6 months now – Long enough to test a bunch of keto snack and drinks – And wanted to give myself some help in getting all those mcts etc etc

   Let me start by saying, I don’t drink coffee regularly. But sometimes, for some random reason, I’ll get a craving for it. — I really, REALLY like this stuff. And so, I have been drinking it regularly for the last month and a half lol

   I have only gotten the caramel macchiato flavor so far. To be honest, I can’t taste the caramel, and I have no idea what a macchiato is or what it’s supposed to taste like. BUT what I do taste is very good. It has just enough included sweetener to take out the face-puckering bitterness of black coffee, which is EXACTLY the way I like it. I repeat, this coffee is NOT sweet per say.

   And it mixes amazingly. NO grit at the bottom of the cup, NO floating particles, NOTHING. Every other keto drink mix manufacturer should learn from this company. I mightily applaud them

   I will be ordering more. And, though the caramel macchiato doesn’t taste, to me, like anything but not-so-bitter coffee, I will continue ordering only this flavor just because of my own personal laziness in not wanting to have to add my own sweetener to it (I acknowledge that this is a little pathetic on my part) But still, I thoroughly enjoy this stuff!

   There are, if I remember, 15 servings per container – 2tbsp per 8oz mug.

   I use an 11oz mug. And with 2tbsp, the drink is a little on the hefty/thick side (which I like) I just can’t imagine going down to less liquid, because I think that might be a little TOO hefty.

   I have also bought this brand’s keto creamer – which is also good. But I prefer the coffee with a big splash of heavy cream instead

   I don’t think you can go wrong with this brand. It seems like they really know what they’re doing.

    Although the sellers description claims this coffee to be organic the manufacturer Rapid Fire does not claim this to be organic and there is no organic seal on the container. That being said I love this coffee and have been using it for years. Do not expect this to taste like regular coffee but I think it taste great when mixed properly. I use a heaping teaspoon for a half cup of hot water,stir for about 30 to 60 seconds and enjoy. I leave the spoon in the cup to stir if it sets too long the oils start to separate. I intermittent fast from 6PM to noon the next day. I only drink about 2 -4 half cups of this Keto Coffee in the morning till I eat my first low carb meal around noon. I like the taste and it gives me plenty of energy to get thru my mornings. I also will have a half a cup after my noon time meal. I eat a light low carb meal before 6PM ,rinse and repeat. This routine keeps me healthy and at my Ideal weight along with minimal exercise everyday at 62 years old.
