   I ordered this exact Shilajit product because it does not contain ashwaganda, which has shown to have many possible side effects including depression, aggravated inflammation, ED, miscarriage, and much more. I liked this product also because it contains a spicy blend of fenugreek, cinnamon, cumin, and pomegranate seed.

   Shilajit is supposed to help with positivity and focus, raise testosterone levels, treat chronic fatigue syndrome, help with altitude sickness and anemia, and help improve bone deficiencies.

   It may be a little early to tell, but after almost one month, there do not seem to be any improvements. There’s only one month’s worth of capsules (2/day), so I will likely not reorder.

   I have enjoyed taking these supplements. The taste is pretty basic and they go down well if you don’t have a problem swallowing tablets. The quality as promised is yet to be determined. I do feel good taking them in place of some other vitamins. They have been good enough for me to want to continue taking them for further exploration. In the meantime, I say they’re worth a shot and would recommend trying them.

   This shilajit supplement looks good to me on paper, with a simple and straightforward ingredient list that isn’t loaded with too many other things, complementary or not. That said, the bottle wasn’t sealed, with only a small part of the seal attached to the bottle. As much as I want to use it, I don’t trust its safety.

   This product is amazing. It’s a convenient alternative to resin, especially for busy mornings. The capsules are easy to carry and work just as well.    I have taken shilajit in its various forms and prefer the capsule. This one also has other ingredients including L-arginine, pomegranate extract, nonivamide, fenugreek extract, cinnamon extract, and cumin extract. I have taken several of these individually so this will save me some time and money.
