Only been taking a few days but I trust this brand.
As described
Pros:
• Convenient and easy to pack
• Liposomal delivery system protects essential amino acids
• Made in the USA in a cGMP facility
• Long 2 year shelf life
• A+ BBB review / 3.9 Trust Pilot – Company responsive to complaints
Cons:
• Close but not exactly an ideal ratio for workout training support
• Other amino acid products may have a more ideal ratio for strength training
I got the Codeage Multi Amino+ supplement for use supplementing around my weight training routine. This is a convenient addition to my supplement stack that I can easily pack and consume anywhere before I head to or from the gym without having to worry about mixing it up in a drink. The pills are easy to swallow and the liposomal delivery system ensures that the essential amino acids are protected from the digestive system.
Although this blend is close, it is not the ideal ratio for strength training supplementation, the ideal ratio for workout training support most often recommended is that you go with one that uses a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine and valine, with a higher ratio not necessarily better. But at least you do know exactly the ratio you are getting as the specific blend is not hit behind a proprietary blend. I appreciate and actively support companies like this that are based in the USA, especially when it comes to supplements and food. Additionally, this companies products are manufactured in a cGMP facility and tested for purity. The product I received came with a long 2 year shelf life. The company has an A+ BBB rating as well as a 3.9 trust pilot profile and is responsive to customer complaints.
Overall, I would recommend the Codeage Multi Amino+ supplement for those looking for a convenient and trustworthy supplement option, but for those specifically looking for a supplement to support workout training, other amino acid products may have a more ideal ratio to consider.

I haven’t had any issues taking this and soreness after workouts seems to be less. I’m not taking as much as it says you can take, I’m taking what I think I need on workout days.
This Liposomal Multi Amino + supplement has turned out to be a great addition to my supplement routine for workouts and overall energy & health. I don’t usually take the full dosage (a whopping 8 a day!), but I seriously doubt that many are necessary if you have a decent diet routine already. This supplement helps to fill in gaps, though, and I’ve noticed increased energy and overall wellbeing while taking these.
I have noticed some occasional stomach discomfort when taking these, but I can’t speak to why it only happens sometimes. I think I tend to digest them better with food when my body has other things to absorb with it, but maybe that’s my own biology. My wife seem to have no issues with them either and she claims it has helped her mood and workout recovery, for what it’s worth.
I can’t say I’ve seen much difference between taking two or 4, but I may experiment to see what a taking more will do over a few days. As it is, I usually take two in the morning and maybe a second set at dinner. I feel like when I take any later, I have a bit of trouble getting to sleep (wakefulness), but I can’t specifically say these are the cause. One way or another, they seem to be a net gain, so we’re happy with them overall.
