   Love this stuff. Changed my life. ive lost 100 lb in 11 months. this stuff works. But its not a magic pill.. You have to want to lose weight. its a mind set . this product. is another tool in your tool box to help shed the pounds. I was up to 410 pounds now im under 300. again helped save my life. thanks Garcinia & thanks to Amazon my order was deliverd fast & great price.

   My daughter wanted to use this, so I tried it too. 1st off it’s not an appetite suppressant in the common sense, yet you feel more satisfied with your meals and it takes longer for you to become hungry again. This point is crucial so you are not starving yourself by not eating (hungry or not) which can slow your metabolism down. 2nd It seems to have a subtle cleanser/detox effect but without cramping or bloating. 3rd, it does help to trim the waist line. You can’t expect to take any pill and make all of your fat and bad habits just go away. Good sound nutrition, exercise and mental fortitude will always be number 1, not matter what “magic pill” or “magic surgery” they can come up with.    I would say the jury is still out as far as overall benefits of this supplement (at least for me). I have not seen any dramatic weight loss but to be fair I am not what most would consider overweight. I am simply trying to loose 5-10 pounds. The supplement will make you much more regular so my assumption is the garcinia cambogia does rid the body of excess fat and sugar. This seemed to be a good company with prompt shipping.

I have gained some unwanted pounds on my last cruise, just enough to make my clothes tighter and make me feel a little uncomfortable.    I started taking the supplement a little over a week ago.The directions suggest that you take 2 capsules 20-30 minutes befor a meal and follow it with at least 8oz of water. The capsules are a beigy color and a little bigger than some others but were not hard to swallow and left no weird after taste like others I have tried.After taking them, a short while later I do feel a little caffeine type of rush, not over fidgity at all. I was never a big snacker but it does help me stay fuller and in the afternoon I can get by with a yogurt to satisfy me. I do go on to eat a health dinner. It does not take away the craving for a nice sweet dessert. Your will power will have to help you with that. I also drink green tea and at least 3 16oz bottle of water a day. I was given the opportunity to purchase the Garcinia Cambogia for my honest and unbiased opinion. The capsules are not a miracle weight loss pill. Do not believe the celebrity ads that tell you so and so lost all this weight just by taking Garcinia Cambogia. NOT TRUE….!! They will help to suppress your appetite You still need to eat healthy, drink lots of water and get some exercise. the After using them for a little over a week I have lost about 11/2 pounds. I will keep taking the Garcinai Cambogia and I will check back in a few weeks to report my progress….. It is not an overnight miracle but so far so good. A slow process.

   I’ve been taking this product for more than two years and when starting it I was able to lose 25 lbs over time and have been able to maintain the weight I’m happy with! I recommend this product!

   DON’T buy this, the descriptions leads you to believe that it’s Ultra high potency but in fact it’s only 70% Garcinia HCA, one of the lowest concentrations I have seen so far. You need a minimum of 85% twice a day of Garcinia HCA for it to be effective according to ALL the clinical studies. You can get it at Puritans Pride or by doing a Google on Garcinia Cambogia Extract. I thought for a moment I finally found an ultra high formula but I was fooled again by companies and misleading AD’s geared towards a population that’s vulnerable as it is desperate for weight loss quick fixes. I would have taken pictures of the label but by the time I thought of it, UPS was already here to pick up the returned item. By the way, stay away from any review that states “I was given or offered the product at a discount for an honest review”, they’re never honest and it’s in their best interest to post a positive review.
