   This cup is so good for the gym! It has storage for my supplements and powders instead of bringing separate containers. It held up really well when it got knocked over and didn’t spill.

   Overall, I give them a 3 out of 5 because it’s a good price but they are very quick to develop a smell from anything you put in them, and no matter how many times I’ve tried to wash them or soak them in soap they just don’t stop smelling. So, wash them out right after using them no matter the liquid.

   I got this blender cup primarily for the phone holder. That feature is a really innovative idea and handy for using your phone while working out, or to use in a vehicle cup holder. The other add-ons can be useful, but not things I would normally use (funnel and pill case.)

   The cup itself is fine, a little pricey if all you need is a basic blender cup – but considering all the accessories that come with it – it’s probably worth it. It’s BPA-free and dishwasher safe (top shelf.) The strainer is nice to block ice from hitting my teeth, and the hourglass shaped whisk seems to be quieter than the round shaped whisk I’ve used before. The cap opens 180 degrees so that it won’t hit your nose while drinking from the cup. I find it a little hard to pop it open and closed sometimes, which makes me nervous that if I’m not paying close attention, I may get an unexpected spill if it isn’t closed tight. It may get less stiff after using it for a while. The cap doesn’t leak.

   Now for the reason I picked this cup over others: the phone holder. It is a small accessory that locks into the spout cap on the lid. It clamps your phone into it with a screw like mechanism. It’s too hard for me to turn that little screw while it’s in the lid. I have to remove the accessory, attach my phone to it, and place it back into the lid. That is a little annoying when I need to put my phone on or take off of the cup, especially since it isn’t the easiest to get into place (put it in at 90` and turn until it locks). It surprisingly holds my phone pretty well once attached. I can actually carefully open the cap and drink from the bottle while my phone stays attached. You can attach your phone in either landscape or portrait position. But once attached, there’s no rotating or tilting the phone to adjust it where you want it.

   My overall impression: Having a phone holder on your cup is convenient and worth it. It’s definitely not perfect, but it serves my purpose.

   A very convenient bottle, and believe it or not the phone holder comes in clutch in many situations, specially when at work during my lunch, allows my phone to be at a nice eye view height 😀. Love the 2 side slots for Pre/Workout or Vitamins etc. I would say for protein a bit too small, unless you have some extra extra concentrated protein where you get 50+Grams of protein in a small portion.

   I purchased this cup with all its many gadgets two of them were useful the funnel which you can put a pre-workout or post-workout in and the pill top which you can put NO2 or supplements of vitamins in the hold of the phone does not work it is strong enough to hold but if you want a machine in the machine is rocking or moving your phone will fall out and the angle of it doesn’t work and if you don’t have anything heavy in the bottle then your phone cannot hold it can’t hold up your phone I think the cup is very nice I think when you open it and close it it’s very smooth and sleek it has a different attachments it has a carabina loop in the cup inside the cup is rounded so you don’t get any pre-workout or protein shake stuck in the corners cuz there are no corners, but I would say the worst thing of all was the customer service I reached out to them because the funnel cracked and I asked them can you replace the funnel I can even pay for it and they said they can’t because they make a certain amount for certain cups so I said I only bought the cup because of the funnel because I like to take pre-workouts and post workouts and things like that so sorry I can’t help you with that it said maybe we can do something else for you after that conversation I looked online I seen that they had another cup is it divided cup with separation in it so I reach back out to them and said look I know you have another cup I said the cup I have from you guys still works it’s brand new the only problem is the phone doesn’t work so it doesn’t really work for me I said is it possible you can give me a discount on another cup instead of me just buying another coat from you when the cup that I got from you works perfectly fine then they responded back to me with the same email that they sent me the first time as if like sorry and then after that they never responded back to me I told them that it would be silly for me to buy a new cup when the cup that I have is perfectly fine so I give them one star because their customer service was poor would not buy from them again, I would rather you just say no I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do rather than leave me on and pretend that you were going to do help me out

   The bottle itself is pretty standard for a shaker. It does have a nice brushed finish to it, so I’m a fan of how it looks. All of the attachments included is what really makes this shine. The phone holder holds my phone securely, but it is a little difficult to get the phone in the clip while its attached to the bottle. The powder holder is great, and I didn’t have any issues with the powder sticking to the cup and not wanting to pour out. The pill holder works great as a ring holder too! I like that all of the accessories can be attached to the lid or extra ring; if you only need one, you can remove the ring and screw it to the top of the bottle. As fun as it is, I don’t think everything makes it worth the original asking price of $30. If you just need a shaker bottle, look elsewhere. If you specifically want a shaker bottle that acts as a couple of pockets, this is an excellent choice.
