   I’ve been using GLDN Berberine Advanced Absorption Formula for a while now, and I’ve noticed some improvements in my digestion and energy levels. One standout feature is that it includes probiotics, which makes it much gentler on the stomach than other berberine supplements I’ve tried. The addition of essential vitamins like Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, B6, B12, and Chromium Picolinate is a great bonus for overall health. However, I do have one concern—the labeling is a bit unclear. It mentions a ‘Metabolic Blend’ of 500 mg but doesn’t specify how much of that is actually dihydroberberine, which would be helpful for anyone wanting to know the precise dosage. Despite that, the pills are easy to swallow, and the quality is reassuring, which gives me peace of mind. If you’re looking for a berberine supplement with added digestive support and essential vitamins, I would recommend giving this one a try. At $21 for a 30-day supply, they are priced well for what they are. I don’t think anyone should expect them to replace a GLP-1 product for weight loss, but if they provide more energy and that makes you move more, that will certainly help to make you healthier.

   The labeling doesn’t actually tell you how much dihydroberberine is in this product. It says there has a metabolic blend with 500 mg. 500 mg of what? It doesn’t actually say how much dihydroberberine

   I’ve been using the GLDN Berberine Advanced Absorption Formula alongside my Zepbound regimen, and I’ve been really impressed. This supplement is effective for both blood sugar regulation and digestive health.

   The berberine (specifically the dihydroberberine) has helped me maintain stable blood sugar levels, leading to more consistent energy throughout the day. I also like the 5X improved absorption, which ensures I’m getting the full benefits of the dosage.

   The DE111 probiotics have been particularly helpful for regularity, especially when paired with Zepbound. The combination has made a noticeable difference in my digestive health. Additionally, the chromium picolinate and DIM support metabolism, rounding out the formula for overall wellness.

   I have already reordered this product. I usually subtract a star/point for proprietary blends, but I can tell the difference with my blood glucose meter. And unlike some other Dihydroberberine / Berberine products, this one does not cause me any stomach upset (not sure but possibly due to the DE111 Probiotics that is included) . Although the label doesn’t exactly specify the amount of Dihydroberberine (in this 500mg proprietary blend of Dihydroberberine, Olive Leaf Extract, and DIM), but the product description states “200mg Dihydroberberine” which is pretty typically for products with GlucoVantage.

   Update: I am on my second bottle now. I check my blood sugar every few days at random times, and am seeing normal blood sugars since starting this formula. I also still take Myo and D chiro inositol for metabolic help. Will be getting yearly wellness labs soon-will keep you posted about my A1C and fasting glucose. So far, loving this formula! -HM

   I noticed right away that the capsules were a little smaller than the standard berberine that I had been taking for years. That is a definite plus, because I’m taking a lot of supplements, and who needs enormous berberine capsules three times a day? Additionally, I’ve noticed that these do not make my stomach as gassy as many of the other Berberine supplements I’ve tried. Note, I have probably tried 6-8 different brands now trying to find the perfect Berberine! There is definitely a difference in this Dihydro formulation. I also noticed that when I take it with Inositol It works to decrease my appetite, pretty dramatically throughout the day. I have heard that these work as a natural glp-1 antagonist (ozempic, Zepbound), and I have to say, for the first time in all my years of taking the berberine supplements, I do find that appetite suppressant effect with this combination. I have been taking these for about two weeks. I am not an insulin dependent diabetic, but was prediabetic before I started taking Berberine. A1C is better now, and managing sugar cravings better. This is not the gateway to perfect health, but it a GREAT tool to use if metabolic and/or weight issues are tough for you to manage.
