   I got these because they were less expensive than the ones I usually buy. They taste good kind of like pineapple (maybe mango) with something else I can’t put my finger on, and they’re shaped like little bears. I also love that its not in a see through jar because I have little ones, and they look like candy. Had a mishap with a previous brand that also shaped their gummies like bears, and they ate most of them (they had to use the bathroom multiple times but, no harm thankfully). I like them so far and they have a higher dose than most supplements, although I’m not sure if that makes a difference. It has all of the ingredients I was looking for so I don’t need to take anything extra. My nails already feel a bit stronger so that’s a plus. I will be buying them again.

   Taste and texture is great. They stick to each other a bit as gummies do, but they easily pull apart. Definitely want to keep them in a cooler place. As for effectiveness, I can usually feel the effects and my hair is a good indicator of whether I’m getting the nutrients I need and these gummies definitely have my hair feeling good, more growth and strength. My skin is also not as sensitive as normal.

   These are very tasty and seem to work well. But the last batch I received, all the gummies were stuck together. And they were a lot lighter color than before. Don’t know if they were older but fresher.

   This product made me very sick, I took it as directed for two weeks and had to throw it in the trash, made me very dizzy & extremely Nauseous & even had a nose bleed after the first day I had to Google side effects of each ingredient and the saw palmetto in this is what made so sick, it causes easy bleeding extreme Nausea extreme dizziness easy bruising and vomiting.. I would not recommend this at all I’m only giving 2 stars because despite how sick it made me they actually tasted amazing

   This supplement exceeded expectation by leaps and bounds. I was only looking for something with Vitamin D and thought this might be kinda fun to try. I liked that it had collagen and pineapple is a nice break from the standard flavors. But it turned out to be the support that I never thought I would find otc. It’s turned the tide of perimenopausal symptoms and helped me gain confidence again. My skin & hair hasn’t had so much oomph in ages, and the saw palmetto helps keep inflammation at bay. The gummies taste great, without any aftertaste. The texture is super mouth-friendly — firmer than a regular gummy bear but still soft and doesn’t stick to my teeth. And they’re gluten free! Highly recommend giving these a try.

   Tastes good, I feel like it’s a good value for your money and have noticed my nails are growing quite well so I feel the vitamin content is as advertised

   My nails have stopped peeling and have begun to harden and grow. These taste great and take the place of multiple vitamins in one.
