   I got these “Sugar Grátis CoQ10 200mg Gummies, Coenzyme Q10 With Vitamin E” for my parents, who like them so far. The gummy form makes it very easy to consume. 2 gummies per serving contain 200mg CoQ10, so if you want to lower the intake, you can choose to take 1 gummy only.

   The price is considered fair, for the gummy form at 120 counts. I would recommend this product if the gummy form is preferred for you. Thanks for reading this review and I hope you find it helpful.

   These are so gummy that they stick together like glue. My most recent bottle seemed to be fine, but when I went through the first dozen, the rest were, again, stuck together like glue and it’s impossible to get fingers into the jar to pull them apart due to its size. I keep them at room temp, no extra heat or light. I tried the refrigerator to separate them, no luck. They probably need cornstarch or powdered sugar to keep them separated, but that would defeat the purpose. The taste is okay, nothing special, not bad. I appreciate the ingredients, but I gave them a fair shot with more than one order and won’t get them again.

   It is recommended that you take CoQ10 if you are on statins for your cholesterol. I ordered these gummies for that reason. I like the flavor and consistency of these gummies and you get two bottles with your order.

   I couldn’t tell if these work. I tried taking a high quality 30mg CoQ10 and noticed a big mojo increase within a day or two. These are 200mg and do nothing.

   I take a lot of prescriptions and supplements, so I get tired of swallowing pills and capsules twice a day! Well, these Sugar-Grátis CoQ10 Gummies 200 mg by LILICARE solve that problem for my CoQ10 supplements. I get to have two gummies per day, delicious gummies that I can chew and swallow in the most delightful way! I don’t actually think they are raspberry flavored. I don’t know exactly what flavor they are but I do know that I really like them.
