   Already feeling the improvement in less than a week. Very cost effective source of the two types of Mg supplements I needed. The gummies taste great so I’m glad I don’t have children in the house because they taste too much like candy. As an adult I am tempted to take an “extra” dose so these are too dangerous to have around children.

   I love the taste. It’s really good. Can’t say it’s helping a nighttime or anything cause I take sleeping pills but I was suggested to get them for my peripheral neuropathy. Can’t see the earliest Helping cause it’s the same and I have it on my toes and then the bend of my toes and the Part after that all them drives me nuts. It’s not real bad thank God I don’t have pain so I can’t say it helps that way, but it’s a good way to take a pill this instead of taking another pill.

   Works great for my restless leg. Which is the reason I purchased. Great pineapple taste. Easy to chew. The only reason I gave 4 stars because the pieces clumped together after opening. I keep in bedroom in a cool dark spot

   The gummies taste very good and just what I was hoping for. I do think my sleep is a bit better – I can now go back to sleep quicker when I wake during the night.
   The problem is that they are all stuck together. I would expect this if the weather is warm – but here in NY it has been cold and rainy/snowy. I resorted to using a sharp device to help get them out of the container. I am hoping that my next batch will not be all stuck together. If they are, I will find another company and hope for the best.

   I take a lot of Gummies because I have a hard time swallowing a pill. My grandson is a Doctor and suggested I take these, so I am! I take them before I go to bed, may help my sleep and they taste good!
