   I typically take a multivitamin every morning with my breakfast, but I had heard some pretty amazing things from coworkers about Elderberry supplements. I did some research and found most reviews recommended Havasu Premium Elderberry Gummies for their taste, consistency (I’m a texture person) and simplified ingredient list, along with the benefits of Elderberry.
   My take on the above:
   1. Taste – Delicious. I almost crave my morning supplement as a treat for myself.
   2. Texture – UM…YUM! I chew it at the same time I chew my other nasty textured multivitamin and I can’t even tell it’s in my mouth!
   3. Simple Ingredient List – I can pronounce everything and I know what it is. Easy. I like it.
   4. MOST IMPORTANT – I received my first bottle shortly prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. I took them religiously from the day I received them. Of everyone at work who caught a cold, got the flu, etc. during that time, I was the one with the mildest symptoms. Only a low-grade fever. The only other people who fared as well were those taking an Elderberry supplement.
   I’m convinced these berries are the best on the market for taste, texture, and efficacy. I will continue to take them as long as they are available because I truly believe they are a benefit to my weak immune health.

   I think it works as the kids don’t get as sick and honestly, they’re delicious versus some of the others that taste medicine-y.

   My 16 year old daughter had a rough year this past year between mono and a array of sinus issues. It was suggested by her physician she use some elderberry products to help boost her immune system and maintain it once we got her healthy. She was also about to start an after school job were she would be exposed to small children, we wanted her to have good immunity.
   We went through several brands (picky teenager), taste was an issue and she has a hard time taking pills. Finally, I found another brand of Gummies and we had been using this other brand for awhile. When Covit-19 hit the US you couldn’t find anything elderberry and we were running de the one we had been using. After searching the internet daily I finally got an opportunity to purchase Havasu Elderberry Gummies. Hesitant but desperate to keep her on a daily regiment because we’d seen such an improvement she was not getting the constant colds and her allergies were not as pronounced. I went ahead and ordered these Elderberry Gummies from Havasu. Now that we’ve used them I would say in comparison to the brand we were taking these are much better. Taste, texture, and the ingredients! My 16 year old daughter actually asked for them for the first time ever, shocked me because I’m consider the “pill pusher” (jokingly … but I do have to remind her daily to take her meds and vitamins). I am very pleased with our experience. Thank you for a great product!

   I have purchased the Havasu Elderberry Gummies multiple times. My two kids, my husband, and I take it daily. It has a nice berry flavor that we all love. The texture is smooth, not unpleasant like other gummie supplements. The gummies are convenient to take, especially when traveling. My family uses them to help stay healthy during the cold and flu season, and they truly work to help support our immune system!

   Someone mentioned Elderberry being an immune booster and helps when you are sick. With the plague hitting my home with all members this winter season, our normal multivitamin and vitamin c were not helping. Upon searching Amazon, the reviews for this particular brand were promising and made it worth the price (there were others and a lot less). I am glad to have read the reviews because this seems to have worked wonders. My husband had the flu and doubled up on the usage and he felt a lot better the next day (still not 100%, but a lot better). What was also very important to me is the other ingredients and supplemental facts of what was all included since I have other health matters. Assuming the formula remains the same, they have me sold as a consumer.

   Added a photo to show size next to a 5p.. These gummies are tasty and easy to chew and digest..They are soft and easy to swallow when chewed..Quite sweet but a nice flavour and I am sure they are doing some good

   I like these gummies. They taste good and they can also be used from age 5+ which is great as I give them to my children as well as myself. Really good price as well compared to other brands.

    So, I got my husband on the elderberry train with elderberry gummies. We used to buy Zarbee’s brand but they had a lot of sugar in them and had ingredients I didn’t like, I think they were also a bit more pricey. I like how few ingredients the Havasu gummies have and how little sugar! But they still taste delicious and pack a powerful immune punch. They’re also free of gluten, corn syrup, and other ingredients I’d rather not be ingesting when I take my vitamins.

    Do they work? Yes. My husband and I haven’t been sick in MONTHS (flu, strep, stomach bugs, etc. have been going around and we have not caught any of it) and my daughter has only gotten sick ONCE and it was a one-day thing. This is impressive considering we don’t always get enough sleep and often find out we were around sick people after-the-fact. So these gummies are worth the buy, especially if you don’t have time to do the elderberry syrup route. They are a quick and easy way to get that extra immune boost without the yucky taste of vitamin c packets and random ingredients. We buy it on a monthly subscription and it comes out to 20 cents per vitamin. Also, I’ve compared this brand to other pricing and (via Subscribe & Save) it’s the cheapest I’ve found so far per vitamin.
