   The taste of this gummy leaves a lot to be desired apple cider vinegar isn’t a flavor I enjoy but it has been beneficial to my body in ways I’m guessing its different for everyone. Thankfully eating these 2 per day gummies don’t have a lingering after taste of the sweat socks that it smells like. Texture is firmer than normal candy gummy bears. Easy to read and follow directions, have lost enough weight using these to keto gummies that I started at a womans size 28w down to a 24w so yes apple cider vinegar does work for weight management, isn’t exactly energy inducing as it maybe could be. Is not hard to digest its just hard to get over the sour taste.

   It was terrible, I was very disappointed. The bottle was leaking and the cologne didn’t smell right.

   Although these supplements were tasty, they were not effective for me. I did not lose any weight, in fact it was more like eating a gummy candy each day. I wish the weight loss industry would come up with something that works as stated. Lots of hype and no results.

   I am a total believer in ACV and weight maintenance and these Rapid Lean ACV gummies are yummy too! Now, do I wish that there weren’t 4 gr of sugar per serving size? Yes, but since I’m not going KETO crazy, it’s not such a big deal for me. If you are though, be aware. I did have a little bit of issue with gas taking these gummies – possibly due to the pectin (I’m very sensitive to pectin). This did not make me change my view of these gummies or their benefits though. I like the added Pomegranate Beet Juice Powder as it helps me to decrease the number of separate supplements I take daily since it is included in this ACV gummy. I loved the taste and texture of these gummies and they were super fresh and well sealed upon arrival.

   Wow, I found this Rapid Lean Keto ACV gummies by Justified Laboratories in Texas very confusing to say the least. Here’s my view:

   Label says 1000 MG but doesn’t say per gummy OR per serving. On the Amazon listing, I found it says 1000 MG per serving, so it’s 500 MG per gummy.

   Label suggests 2 gummies per day, but also indicates that the user may take a serving (2 gummies) once, twice, or three times per day. What this means is that a 60 gummy bottle will last:
   – 1 serving (2 gummies, 1000 MG) a day: bottle will last 30 days
   – 2 servings (4 gummies, 2000 MG) a day: bottle will last 15 days
   – 3 servings (6 gummies) 3000 MG) a day: bottle will last 10 days

   On to product contents: This formulation contains primary ingredients of Apple Cider Vinegar, Beet Juice and B-12. OK! However, what concerns me is the excessive amount of sugar. First 3 listed ingredients are sugar-based. Uh, if you were to take 6 gummies a day (see above) you’re taking a LOT of sugar. Yes, they are yummy, but WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR!

   No information on where these are made (probably offshore), but they are distributed by Justified Laboratories. If you check out their Amazon link, you’ll find a dizzying number of ACV products at different prices. Confusing to say the least.

   Bottom line for me: I will continue to take these gummies, but will take only 2 a day (serving size of 1000 MG) but won’t take more because of the sugar content. I will use up the two bottles which will last 2 months, but won’t reorder. There are healthier options that provide more transparent labeling.

   I literally take these things religiously now and these are very good brand. They seem to be on par with a lot of the decent stuff on the market. These things really work for suppressing my appetite and I seem to be able to control my intake to a t when I’m taking these. When I don’t take apple cider vinegar tablets or gummies I seem to have an ferocious appetite and eat like a horse and I have no self control even though I am very athletic and in shape and I find myself over eating and having to make up for it in the gym and work twice as hard. When I’m taking these I seem to be able to eat very manageable size portions without feeling hungry. I really like the fact that I can make it through the whole entire day we’re just taking two in the morning and two in the afternoon and I’m able to nourish my body to keep it functioning correctly without needing to have such a massive intake of foods. Overall I highly recommend these to anybody looking to get into suppressing their appetite
