   This is very easy to take. No adverse side effects. This supplement did last me about 4 months. I put the drops under my tongue. No taste. Would purchase again.

   I’ve wanted to add more zinc to my diet, and this has been an easy way to do it. What you see if what you get with this. It only takes 5 drops for a complete serving. It has 3 ingredients: Zinc Citrate, distilled water, and citric acid. This should last you about 4 months. It’s tasteless, so you can add it to any drink, but I just put a few drops under my tongue and I’m good to go. It’s working great for me so far. If you’re looking for an easy way to take zinc, this might be the product for you!

   Very happy to have found this product. I’m currently taking zinc in one of my other supplements that includes an appropriate dosage, but this has still been a very helpful way to incorporate this natural immune system supporting vitamin into your daily routine. It has no discernable taste and can be easily mixed with drinks. I personally like to either just apply directly under my tongue or mix with my morning juices, but that is all personal preference. Great product!

   I’ve never had liquid zinc in a concentrated supplement like this before and I’m absolutely delighted by it. I can easily drop this into any juice, tea or smoothie that I’m making and it has no detectable taste whatsoever! Because of the easy liquid format, I have been taking it every day and I no longer forget to take it, so that to me is a huge win. Excellent supplement, highly recommend.

   This liquid zinc is easy to take and has a mild tart flavor and watery consistency. At first glance, the cost seems expensive but in comparing this with other brands, most of the cheaper supplements use zinc sulfate or only has a 30 servings per container. This supplement has 120 servings per container and uses chelated zinc citrate.

   According to one study, “a person supplementing with zinc will find their best options in the form of zinc citrate, zinc acetate and zinc picolinate because these absorb the best. Zinc gluconate is not among the top three, but it is absorbed better than zinc oxide. As far as cost goes, zinc sulfate is the lowest-cost option among the supplements.”

   Clear, orderless, tasteless so you can easily drink it with water if you prefer. Five drops from the dropper is the recommended dosage. I would recommend easing into that dosage if you have sensitivities. I tried three drops into a 20oz water bottle and drank three big gulps. A few minutes later I felt nauseated. Probably from trying on a relatively empty stomach. I had a protein shake for breakfast then a couple hours later I drank the zinc water. Not a fun time. The next day I tried two drops in water with my lunch, better results but still not perfect. The next few days I did one drop in water with lunch and that was the sweet spot. I’m now increasing the dosage slowly over time with better results. I’m not sure if the five drops are formulated for the average male or female or if height, weight and different hormones play into the dosage but you may want to ease into the dosage at first.
   I do have a sensitive stomach and I may be getting enough zinc through food already so these results may differ for someone else. This liquid zinc is certainly easy to take and I would recommend giving it a try to help boost your immune system.

   Confusing for me as a first-time user. I see the dose is 5 drops but says nothing beyond that. Doesn’t recommend how or when to take. No mention of with food or in water or dose limits etc. so that’s concerning
   I came back to the listing to see if I could find more guidance but only other people’s routines.
   So I started with 3 drops in my water glass. Tasted nothing off so that’s good. Slight nausea and uneasy tummy after though so tba how it works for me longterm and with 5 drops
