   So these softgels are a bit bigger than I am used to from similar products but with the daily dosage of 1 up to 4/day, it’s okay. I have been taking them once a day and have not had any unpleasant side effects or noticed a weird aftertaste. The expiration date on the bottle is 06/2026, which gives plenty of time to use them up.
   The dosages are nice and since the oils are cold-pressed this seems to be pretty pure stuff. This product also seems to be as affordable as other brands.

   These Omega 3 gel capsules are easy to swallow and contain high quality ingredients. We all don’t eat enough fish so this is a good way to get your daily dose. However, the biggest drawback for this product is the amount recommended to ingest. You have to take 4 pills per day and each capsule gel is huge. There are plenty of Omega 3 supplements out there that don’t require that many per day. The cost is decent and it’s good for you otherwise.

   I have been taking fish oil supplements for about 2 decades. I will always take fish oil supplements as I like what research suggests about their benefits. Over the past 2 decades I have tried several brands and many I could not continue to take based on taste and after taste. I found what I think is a good brand so I was not really looking for a new brand of fish oil. I was looking for another supplement when I stumbled on these KAN cold pressed capsules. Well, I had never seen that with any other brand so I had to look up what that actually meant for fish oil capsules. I was intrigued with what I read about so I ordered them hoping I could actually tolerate the taste or mainly the after taste. The result is they are easy to take with no after taste at all (which my previous brand did not have either). But since this KAN brand seems to go a few steps beyond what most companies do….I am sold on this KAN brand of fish oil capsules.

   Another great product from KAL. This one I especially like because I don’t get the fishy burps like I do from other products. I’m only a few days into taking it, so I can’t speak to it’s efficacy, but the pills are easy to swallow and like I said, no fishy taste!

   I removed one star because of the size of the pill and that you have to take four pills per day! That is a lot of effort to take daily supplements. I wished the pills were more concentrated and taken less per day. The pills do not have any fishy smell or taste. Preço-wise, the pills are comparable to other Omega 3 supplements being sold online.
