   I’ve been taking ACV gummies, off and on, for some time now for their health benefits.

   These ACV gummies are amped-up with a generous 2000mg dose of ACV to stimulate ketosis in your metabolism with the intention of weight loss. We shall see.

   They also added in some Folate 800mcg, Vitamin B12 4 mcg and Sodium 25mg.

   These taste great and have a soft, chewy consistency which is much better than some of the regular ACV gummies. They easily dispense from the bottle and even smell mildly ACV-ish, which I like.

   Each 2 gummie serving is 30 calories (sugar, glucose syrup and dextrose), which TBH, isn’t huge, but may matter to you if you are on a restricted diet.

   I think this 2 pack is pretty pricey. You really, really have to want a turbo-dose of ACV gummies in a 60 day supply to buy these. They do taste better, by far, than other ACV gummies, so if you can swing it, you’ll probably like these a lot.

   First of all, The fact that it comes in a 2 pack is also a great value for money. Each pack contains 120 gummies, which is perfect for a month’s supply. The gummies are also vegan and non-GMO, which is a huge plus for me as I am conscious about the ingredients I consume.

   The gummies themselves are delicious. They have a tangy apple cider vinegar flavor with a hint of pomegranate and beet juice powder. It’s a unique combination that I haven’t seen in other gummies before. The texture is also perfect, not too chewy or sticky like some other gummies I have tried.

   But what really sets these gummies apart is the advanced formula. Each gummy contains 2000MG of apple cider vinegar, which is a powerful ingredient for weight loss and overall health. It also has B12, which is essential for energy and metabolism.

   I like these for their detox and flavor. They seem to jump start my body for my regular morning workouts. I like the extra ‘B’ vitamins in these too. Very soft and flavorful!

   These gummies are good for anyone following a ketogenic lifestyle. With 2000mg of apple cider vinegar per serving, they pack a punch. The addition of pomegranate and beet juice powder makes them not taste too gross. Plus, they’re vegan, non-GMO, and contain B12. You’ll have plenty to keep you going with the 2 pack.    ACV has been touted as being a miracle cure of many ails. I’ve heard it used for weight loss, heart health, and curing many diseases and issues. When these gummies popped up on my recommended feed, I knew I had to give them a shot.

   The best quality of the product is the taste. Unlike most supplemental gummies, these actually tasted pretty good! If they weren’t considered supplements, I would actually snack on them in a similar manner to gummy bears. However, these are not snacks, and as such, must be rated according to what they are designed to be.

   While these are a treat to eat, I question how effective they are. Study after study shows that gummies rank among the least effective way to take supplements, and after a month of taking them, I can’t say they had an effect on my body. While gummies may be more beneficial than taking nothing at all, I would say to skip these and just stick with a good quality liquid ACV instead.

   The product itself appears to be well made, with the gummies having uniform appearance, medium size, and are very tasty. All this being said, I added this to my daily regimen of supplements and hope the health benefits are realized upon my next checkup and daily routine.
   I like that they were offered in a double pack thus making them a better value than individual bottles.

   I don’t know if it is working or not or if am not doing it right I am not losing weight as described been on these for four bottles … still not losing weight not buying them anymore
