   At this point I just consider these vitamin gummies with some ACV. While this has a high quality I can say comfortably that having these or not made no difference in my daily routine, feeling or otherwise over the course of a month. I even tried the higher recommended amount just in case… didn’t do anything I can share about. Definitely nothing around weight loss despite significant gym and exercise during the time.

   As far as taste, smell and texture goes, these are very good. I enjoy the sweet and acidic taste of these account gummies. They are chewy and melt in your mouth without effort.

   Again no noticeable health benefits or anything to report. Given them 2 stars since they added some B vitamins and best juice in addition to the ACV, but cannot recommend due to the zero effects on me.

   One can never go wrong with KETO ACV Gummies. These gummies are very delicious and do a great job for helping to control appetites. I find that taking these vitamins consistently and doing consistent workouts whether they are light workouts or heavy workouts, you will definitely drop pounds. The ACV helps to control your appetite and these vitamins work well to prevent you from being “hungry “ throughout the day. You will notice after taking these that you just won’t have the urge or desire to eat as you once did before you began taking these.

   They work dry well. Is if you decide to also eat healthier, in addition to taking the vitamins and working out, THEN, you’ll really see a bigger difference.

   And… the fact that you get (3) bottles is even better! Now you have a 3 months supply , so you’ll really be able to drop those pounds.

   I definitely recommend for purchase.

   FYI… This product (“Keto Crave” Keto ACV EXTREME 60ct 3pk) is the same as Justified Laboratories “Destiny”, “Keto Purity”, and “Pure Slim” Keto ACV Gummies, except that all of the ingredients are DOUBLED (hence the word “Extreme” in the product title). Surprisingly missing in the description are the claims by other manufacturers with IDENTICAL ingredients that these products have the ability to reduce appetite, reduce belly fat and support healthy digestion. In its place is a generic statement that adding these gummies “…to your daily routine is an easy… way to incorporate vitamins and nutrients”. That strikes me as odd since the only vitamins and nutrients in this product are B12 and B9 (Folic Acid), albeit both are at or near 200% DV. So why the “KETO” label in large letters? Marketing. To be regarded as being Keto-friendly, research does indicate that B6 and B12 supplements are necessary while pursuing Keto (a diet that forces the body to burn fat for energy rather than carbs) to achieve accelerated weight loss. Curiously this product is missing the B6 that other competitors DO have. Overall, a good product if you already are getting enough B6. Otherwise, competitors have that additional ingredient at a similar price point.

   ADDITIONAL NOTE: Although the ingredients in this “Extreme” version contains DOUBLE the ingredient amounts of their standard versions, the daily recommended dosage in the instructions is unchanged at (2) gummies one to three times daily. I assume this is an oversight. Obviously one of the benefits of choosing this particular product is the ability to cut in half the daily consumption compared to their standard products.

   I recently got these Apple Cider Vinegar gummies for my husband as likes taking an ACV supplement. This came in a convenient 3-pack purchase and double the dosage he is currently taking. These gummies taste amazing and are easy to take. They have a delightful fruit flavor and he likes the gummy texture.
   They come in an easy to open and close bottle with a twist off cap. Since my husband has had so good luck with this supplement, I am starting to take them also. It has become part of my daily routine.
   These are twice the price of last ACV gummy my husband was taking, but these have twice the Milligrams of his last supplements.

   I’ve heard for years that using some apple cider vinegar has many health benefits. I cannot say for sure that I’ve ever noticed a big difference (mainly using liquid form). However, I like the ease of grabbing a gummy to get a dose of it, and these definitely are quite tasty considering the vinegar! Yes, you can tell it’s in there certainly, but not a bad experience at all. I do hate that they contain sugar, and don’t see why at this price level they couldn’t have gone with xylitol or something healthy.

   ACV has been touted as being a miracle cure of many ails. I’ve heard it used for weight loss, heart health, and curing many diseases and issues. When these gummies popped up on my recommended feed, I knew I had to give them a shot.

   The best quality of the product is the taste. Unlike most supplemental gummies, these actually tasted pretty good! If they weren’t considered supplements, I would actually snack on them in a similar manner to gummy bears. However, these are not snacks, and as such, must be rated according to what they are designed to be.

   While these are a treat to eat, I question how effective they are. Study after study shows that gummies rank among the least effective way to take supplements, and after a month of taking them, I can’t say they had an effect on my body. While gummies may be more beneficial than taking nothing at all, I would say to skip these and just stick with a good quality liquid ACV instead.
