   I took these religiously for over a week and they did not help at all. In fact I gained water weight in that time. When I stopped them it went away, so it had the opposite effect. I’m past menopause so my weight does not fluctuate during the month like it used to so suffice it to say, I will not continue to use something that has the opposite effect to that which I’m trying to achieve.

   I did not have any other side effects besides water weight gain. But these will be going in the trash and I won’t be buying more. I recommend using something else as these just do not have the desired outcome.

   These have helped me with my water retention. I have a bad problem retaining water thanks to having to take steroids for my lungs. This has helped me better than Lasix.

   This is a natural diuretic that can help with water retention. I like the fact that the main ingredients are calcium and potassium which are known to reduce your risk of fluid retention. The pills are small and round and easy to swallow, the instructions say to take 2 pills at night with 8 ounces of water. I have been taking the pills when I know I’m more likely to be bloated such as when I’m on my period and noticed a difference in my water retention. Unlike prescription water pills these did not make me have to pee constantly which is a good thing. You get 3 bottles and each bottle comes with 90 tablets which makes this a great value.

   If you’re plagued by fluid accumulating in your lower legs, ankles, and feet, you’ve probably thought about trying water pills. This one has Potassium and Calcium which compensate for the possible deficiency of those from increased urination. That was reassuring to me that this supplement wasn’t just targeting the quick weight-loss crowd, that it was a serious effort to balance your body’s fluid.
   It has helped with the swelling problems my feet and legs were having. It’s not so strong that you are rushing to the bathroom too often, but strong enough to see results. I don’t feel dehydrated or have any side effects from taking this.

   I’d love to say these work, but 2 weeks trying them, and they seem to be very low and take forever to work. Move on and try a different brand..

   I had hoped that taking these pills (2) would help with fluid retention and I would not have to continue wearing compression stockings. For the first week, I went without the stockings and noticed that my legs were puffy again. The second week I started wearing the stockings again and the fluid retention was not noticeable. Whether that is due to the stockings or the pills I cannot say. But since I wanted to get away from wearing the stockings, I am saying no to this supplement. I have to be careful about what supplements I take and it appears that this one goes on the “no” list.
