Estas cápsulas son la mejor opción para cuando necesitas perder un poco de grasa de emergencia. Si te la tomas de la forma adecuada funcionan al 100%… quedé encantada con ellas y las seguiré usando.
Here is my experience:
Days 1 and 2:
I took 2 caps in the morning, I wasn’t sure how it would affect me and I was not about to put 4 of anything into my body without a test. I normally drink a lot of water (64oz) so that was not a problem for me. I didn’t notice a lot more pee-ing than my normal.
Day 3: upped to 3, I noticed a nice little rush of energy, but no noticeable extra water shedding.
Day 4: tried 3 in the am (4am) and 3 before noon. Too much for me, had trouble sleeping, but still no real result.
Day 5 & 6: settled on 4 in the morning, I like the rush of energy for my workouts, but the scale had not budged, although I did feel leaner. I read in another review that she didn’t see the result til day 5, so I stuck with it since I didn’t start with the full dose.
Day 7: Continued 4 in the morning and BOOM — 2 pounds gone, very happy.
Continued for 2 more days (directions say only take for 10 days max) Felt very lean and flatter tummy.
So happy with the kickstart to my 5 pound weight loss goal.
Moral of the story – stick with it, you might have the same results I did, although everyone’s body chemistry is different.
Next time I will start with 4 in the morning and maybe the results will come faster
I have bought this product before and it has been great! I bought two bottles initially and when I ran out, I ordered another bottle. While I can’t really comment on the effectiveness of the new bottle, I can say that the packaging is different and while the ingredients are almost the same, there is one difference. The black bottle on the left was my initial purchase. The blue bottle is the bottle I just received.
Automatically, this makes me question the integrity of the product. I would encourage others to at least beware and do your research. I’m hoping the the product IS the same and maybe they just completely redesigned the bottle. However, I can’t be so sure. I will update whether or not the products still has the same effectiveness. I just wanted to go ahead and warn people to be careful.

This works REALLY well, in fact, too well for me at the recommended dose (4 capsules, twice daily). I got very dehydrated at that dose on just day one. So I’m cutting it in half and hoping it works without dehydrating me as much as possible. Yes, I drink a ton of water. I just get dehydrated easily. Anyway, this works!

I have had a terrible reaction to the capsules. Making me very anxious. Recommended 4 capsules I took 1. Something is very wrong with this formulation. I ha e taken many supplements like this and have never had an issue. These were terrible. I contacted the company to ask if I could return them and have had no luck. There are so many other aupple.e ts do not take a chance on these!
I was taking this product for about three weeks and I wasn’t effective still bloated. Still, my body was retaining as much water as it was so it didn’t work compared to other products that I did order through Amazon that they were affective in a few days, but don’t waste your money on this many pills of a dosage for not to work.
