   Excellent multivitamin. Best I’ve ever had. After a few months, stopped general body pain and stiffness. Could be coincidental, but I attribute it to this multivitamin.

   Good multivitamin with minerals and MTHFR safe forms of the B vitamins. Tablets are a reasonable size to swallow.

   Love that they know what they were doing making this product with methylated b vitamins and not the unnatural crap like folic acid. Good balance of essential vitamins and minerals the male body needs. 2 pill spread out dose to enhance absorption👍

   The benefits of an expensive vitamin at a drugstore price. This is my favorite multivitamin I’ve ever purchased. They are easy to swallow, easy on the stomach, and don’t leave a lingering taste after. There is a slight smell but to say it’s horrible or not worth buying the product over is very dramatic. I’m on metformin and I can tell you these are nothing in comparison. They remind me of the smell of Flinstone’s chewables. Lol.

   The major selling point is the bio available forms of supplements in this multi. It works really well for hair and nail growth as well as low iron and fatigue. I would recommend these to everyone.

   So I have been taking another multivitamin One A Day pill for women over 50 and never really felt like I got anything out of it. But I didn’t know I wasn’t getting anything out of it until I took this vitamin!

   My daughter had told me that the vitamins I was taking were not good for me because they were not methylated. So here I am with this first jar.

   Simply amazing! I can totally feel a difference. I feel energized. I’m awake during the day. It’s just a total different feeling and I love it!

   Now I will tell you that I am bipolar and I told my psychiatrist about these vitamins today and he told me to keep an eye on my mood in case I happen to go manic with these vitamins.

   If you’ve never tried methylated vitamins before, you should really give these a try. I take two in the morning simply because I would be taking the second one at night before I go to bed and that’s uneventful for me. So I take two around 10:00 in the morning.

   The vitamins are very easy to swallow. They don’t have any strange smell!

    I haven’t been taking these long enough to tell if they help much but the fact that they have not upset my stomach at all is a HUGE plus as almost everything does. So far I feel a little bit more clear and energetic (I’m chronically I’ll) but more time will tell if that’s placebo or not.
    If anyone saw the rediculous sewage review and believed it, don’t worry that’s not the case lol. I hate that someone tried to spread that kind of misinformation.
