   I’ve searched high and low for a quality multivitamin, and the only one that really stands out above this one is Vitamin Code, The only problem is it’s like $10 more, and it lasts half as long, 180 tablets for Alive! At 3 a day is 60 days worth. Compare and contrast ingredients to any other multivitamin, except VC, you’ll see that this one beats it out time and time again.

   The reason I think this is a really great product is because of its max potency. I was skeptical at first but after taking it for a while, I noticed a significant difference in my energy levels. I no longer feel sluggish throughout the day and am able to power through my tasks with ease. While the price could be improved, the effectiveness of this multivitamin is worth every penny. Tablet size is also a little bigger than what I’m used to, but it’s a small price to pay for the benefits I’m receiving. Overall, I highly recommend Nature’s Way Alive! Max3 Potency Multivitamin for anyone looking to boost their daily energy metabolism.

   I’ve used supplements like this for decades. I usually use Men’s Energy from Alive and thought I’d give these Max3 a go. What I didn’t like was that the Max3 tablets are big and hard to swallow and I’m a big guy. Also there are so many ingredients I thought there can’t be an effective amount of all the exotic ingredients since there are over a hundred + additions. Idk…I liked the idea of these but they weren’t anymore effective (to my mind) than the Men’s Energy. Also I just can’t get these down comfortably. They taste awful to chew so I’m leaving them alone. I couldn’t feel any difference between these and the others. I think they’re quality just not needed by me.

   Very easy on the stomach even if empty. No gassiness, pain or nausea. After 2nd day felt less tired. Less palpitations. I now take all 3 pills in the morning to avoid being so alert in the evenings. I initially took 2 in morning and 1 in afternoon but I stayed up longer than I wanted to but I woke up as normal with energy It’s not anxious energy, no jitters just not tired. Big tablets but easy for me to swallow at one time with water. No yucky aftertaste. Goes right away with a couple sips.

   These vitamins, especially when I take 2 or 3 per day, make me feel superhuman. A powerhouse of a bunch of good stuff for your body. Pop a few with your favorite energy drink and take on the day.

   I have these as part of my supplements for daily use. They seem to have everything I would want in supplements aside from very specific vitamins.

   Big. Hard to swallow. Tastes funny. What did you expect, its a vitamin not candy. Has everything I would ever need. Methylated B vitamins. COQ10. You name it – its in there. Been taking this daily for 6 months now and has replaced my multi-bottle regimen of supplements. Now I take this and fish oil thats it. Please never stop making this stuff. Makes such a huge difference in so many ways.

   I like the product but think the capsules are a little too big and you have to take 3 a day to get the recommendate amount.
