   Life long supplement taker. Finally my budget could no longer justify the “supper high” prices of some other brands I have used for 20+ years. I researched and went line by line with serial brands until chose this one. I have been very very pleased. I am now my mother 78 have used these for at least 1.5 year. we wont change. We are choosing this over the quality we believe is there, our physical and mental “feeling of wellness” and lastly the price. I prefer these “Ultra” it has the “extra” that I notice makes me “feel” better.
   Pros:
   -Only 1 a day
   -Easy to take
   -Preço excellent!!!
   -Quality of product as my own experience

   no cons….. Highly recommend women who are entering 50’s BUY THIS!!!!!
   -complete multi with the extras we women need starting our “50’s”!

   I find this to be a very complete formula with all 8 B vitamins in a base of fruit and vegetables. You also have some unique herbs and mushroom micronutrients. Good formula for a good price.

   I’ve been taking this vitamin for over a year and love the energy it gives me! I’m amazed at how fast my nails grow, too! Although it is a large pill, I have no problem swallowing it with water, nor have I noticed a bad odor or bad taste that others have commented about. If anything, I might get a faint whiff of “garden greens” and figure that’s just the healthy fruits and veggies! 🙂

   I’ve been dealing with a mix of physical pain, weak nails, and other signs of aging. Recently, I started a new routine for skin, hair, and nails, and added Alive! 50+ to the mix. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but over time I’ve noticed small but noticeable improvements. My nails are starting to feel stronger, and I’m experiencing less physical discomfort. While it hasn’t been a miracle fix, it’s definitely part of the positive changes I’ve been seeing. It’s a slow process, but I’m glad to be feeling better, and I’m hopeful that the routine is making a difference.

   That said, it’s a bit pricey, but both times I’ve gotten it for over 50% off, which really helps with the cost. Definitely buy when the price is right.

   I subscribed and then cancelled preferring to wait and see. I can’t be sure it isn’t just natural evolution that happens when I am clear headed and surrendered to God but…. there is a kind of certitude and strength that is consistent. I feel more confident. I checked the ingredients with more care even though I had looked at them closely before buying. I can’t be sure what is happening but…. I am unwilling to do a test and discontinue. It may be a placebo effect but I have been willing to discontinue and do tests with other products. I notice only one ingredient I’m sure isn’t useful = the magnesium oxide isn’t well absorbed.

   But I get magnesium from Wholesome’s Organic Blackstrap Molasses and it certainly helps get things started in the early morning vis a vis the bathroom. And also from salt sole (do the research on that – no more need to buy magnesium and you get all the calmness you could want plus a ton of other benefits from all the minerals.

   The vitamin is even good just to taste: I like the shape, and taste of it just in the short space before swallowing. It is natural and leaves that impression. A surprise was the inclusion of digestive enzymes. I hadn’t noticed that earlier but now, I can save on digestive enzymes… not ‘needing’ to take one anymore with the am smoothie.

   Will be a subscriber; the search is over. It wasn’t a very long search. But… I’d assumed I could manage without a multivitamin and now see I am happier just broad-spectrum happier now than before I began taking the Alive 50+ for women. Very glad to be more composed, stronger, as challenges of relocating to the mainland are coming up close to election time or early next year – more than usually challenging because of all the activity going on. Hawai’i is very very quiet. We don’t have violence here. But around election time on the mainland…. hmmm. Conservatives may need to take cover! 🙂 But I am not afraid.

   I feel like I’m getting all the nutrients necessary to have a well balanced diet. They are very big to swallow so drink lots of water or juice to make it glide smoothly down.

   Not so effective.
