   I encountered this product when I was looking for something to help my general wellbeing at my age. As it is highlighted in the description page, this product would promote energy and hormone homeostasis. As I have been using these capsules, I have been in good condition and didn’t see much change. Probably I am already in a healthy condition. From the list on the bottle, I can see that it contains most Folate, D-Aspartic Acid, Boron and some herb extracts. These things are good for energy and hormone balance.

   We hear so much about balancing hormones, but as an ordinary consumer, I’m unclear on all the science behind it. Still, in my 50s, I feel like my body is beginning to betray me, so I’m pampering it as much as possible by trying to provide all the support I can. This NuEthix supplement promises an impressive ingredient list claiming to help balance hormones. I honestly haven’t taken it long enough to experience any life-changing effect, but it is easy to swallow and has no ill side effects that I’ve noticed. I don’t work out or need recovery, so I’m taking two capsules per day and will update my review if I see any results worth mentioning.

   I have no adverse effects from this. But it’s only 1 of about 40 supplements I take a day.

   Folate: Generally safe but taking high doses can mask vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms, potentially delaying diagnosis and treatment.

   Maca Extract: Considered safe for most people, but its effects on hormone levels could make it inappropriate for individuals with hormone-sensitive conditions.

   Fenugreek Extract: May affect blood sugar levels, which could be risky for diabetics if not monitored. It can also interact with blood-thinning medications.

   Oligopeptide (Humanofort): As a less commonly studied ingredient, its long-term effects and potential interactions are not well-documented.

   As always NuEthix delivers an amazing product. I needed this product after a 20 week prep process for my bodybuilding competition. All to help support my body in its restoration back to normal processes.

   I placed my order and quickly had it at my home and able to take as soon as I returned home from my competition. Now my body is supported properly to get back to normal and go into a growth season.

   So, I was riding my bike between 25-50 miles a day, sometimes outside, sometimes inside due to weather, and then the COVID hit. Needless to say, I could barely make it to the bike let alone put miles on it. That was about a year ago, and I’ve started back up. Now, I’ve started and stopped multiple times for multiple reasons, but every time I started back, the results were always the same. Total exhaustion for the first week and a half to two weeks, and then things started to come together. That’s where these have made the difference. Don’t get me wrong, all the aches and pains are still there, but the exhaustion levels are not. I don’t feel “wiped” after my workouts, and am ready to go the next day. These will be my go-to supplement from now on whenever I need to start a workout routine, or just plain old recovery from some really gnarly rides!

   I noticed absolutely no changes.

   Shipped quickly in a well padded envelope.

   Dosage was four capsules daily. That’s a lot. Thankfully the capsules had no odd odor or aftertaste.

   Unfortunately for me I noticed no positive effect.

   This is a high quality and premium supplement. The cost is high due to what it is, it’s a fair price by my research. I’ve taken the entire bottle now with no ill side effects and felt great while using. The manufacturing was trustworthy and I was very pleased with this supplement.
