   All other claims about this product are rooted in the fact that most of the ingredients are focused on bodily energy production, mental sharpness and focus, boosting testosterone and so on. The ingredient list is tailored more so to men but would probably work well for anyone.
   I have tried this, not a fan of caffeine and sugar at all, but I have been dabbling in athletic supplements for a while now, and the ingredients are what they claim from my experience. The taste is pretty intense at first, but it is not unpleasant, and it does dissolve quickly leaving nothing but the taste behind. Any claims on personal effects from me are not able to be substantiated, so all I can say is the ingredients are accurate, the effect is personal and nearly infinitely variable, if you don’t mind the caffeine and sugar content personally, it is a good option.
   What would, in my opinion, make it a great option is if there was a sugar free version that left out the caffeine, and focused instead on maybe a higher but still safe dosage of the herbal ingredients, maybe add some adaptogenic mushrooms into the mix for even energy and athletic performance boosts, and instead of a pixie stick like package, focus on quantity and offer it in a resealable kraft bag or a screw on top eco friendly plastic bin with a scoop for measuring exact but quick dosing. Offering a high quality healthy product that is cost effective, especially in bulk, would be best.

   My husband has been taking this as directed, but we have not experienced any noticeable effects. My husband doesn’t like the flavor of this powder. It tastes sour and bitter. This product has not improved stamina nor enhanced energy. The ineffectiveness of this makes it a poor value for money.

   The product is a mix of powder and crystals and is supposed to be dissolved in the mouth, not swallowed. It is a lot of powder and very “dusty.” The taste is pleasant but it is not comfortable or easy to allow that much powder to sit in the mouth until dissolved. Effect wise, I did not notice any change in performance for myself.

   This product works exactly how it’s supposed to. It’s pretty effective. It is a little sweet, but overall not a bad flavor or smell. Pretty easy to swallow and gives you all the benefits that you would expect. Good product for the cost. Would definitely buy again.

   If you like pixie stix then this is the adult version. Dissolves quickly and if you try to keep it in your mouth, the saliva causes you to swallow quickly. Good flavor and a slight sensation that the product has been taken. I have not got past that.

   This type of product has worked for me very successfully in the past. Even the price of this is good enough to want to try it being half the cost of the more valid contenders.

   I ride bikes; tri-bike, road bike, MTB, fat bike. I drink A LOT of water. Now due to some magic, that water absorbs better with some electrolytes, so I get sports’ drinks. And hey, carbs are good, so those are different sports’ drinks. And for endurance rides, you better be looking at recovery too, so amino acids and those are different sports’ drinks yet. Whoa, I have a cabinet full of stuff and am like an apothecary before every ride.

   So hey, how about I mix my own. I could probably save some money too and get exactly what I want. I buy electrolytes, I buy carb, I buy BCAA and EAA, and I do some math. You know what I don’t get here? Flavor. One of the reviews identified that these are adult pixie sticks, and since these are primarily carbs (cane sugar, fructose), I gave this a shot for my flavor component of my mix-your-own sports’ drink. And TBH, blue raspberry is my favorite flavor here, although I have never seen a blue raspberry in the wild either (red, yellow, black – yes; blue – no).

   I note a lot of people drinking sports’ drinks are always looking at artificial sweeteners. In addition to the cane sugar (natural) and fructose (natural), this contains Stevia (natural), sucralose (artificial), and RebM (derived from Stevia).

   I wish I could say this is some kind of magic elixir that gave me endurance. But it did what it was expected to do; it gave my mix-your-own sports’ drinks some much needed flavor.
