   Started this as a preventive, but a month in, I caught my lashes looking longer and curled. No curler needed (nor used, something I seldom do). I only have an old photo to compare what my lashes normally looked like. Wasn’t expecting visible changes so soon, but I’m not mad. And I’m able to take this on an empty stomach.

   My hair was over processed at a salon and it started falling out! I am older but have never had my hair fall out like it did after that! I have been taking these vitamins, soft gels, and the Olly heavenly hair gummies together once a day and my hair has grown an inch in 27 days!
   As we get older it isn’t as easy to grow hair. I also don’t use shampoo with sulfates and parabens. I’m so glad Olly has such a great line of vitamins and it’s affordable! You should try them because they work!

   In an effort to increase the density of my hair in just a few spots where I feel it could be a bit thicker, I’ve researched several of the zillions of brands of hair vitamins out there available in Amazon and elsewhere online. None of them did much of anything except provide some nutritional benefits. Then I read about the Olly brand of vitamin softgels which target various health related issues, concerns and conditions like hair, skin and sleep quality. Olly Multi-Benefit Hair Vitamins to my astonishment actually came through with benefits galore! I’ll explain..

   First of all, these almond-shaped morsels of vitamin excellence may seem a bit pricey for only a 30 days supply. That being stated, these high potency vitamin softgels are worth every penny for what you’re getting based on the results seen and experienced after almost 30 days of taking one vitamin daily after a meal as suggested. Needless to say, I just ordered my second bottle here in Amazon.

   My hair is thicker, fuller and stronger from the roots to the tips. The dosage of Biotin, Keratin, B12, Zinc and a few other ingredients actually produces results you can see. So, for what you’re getting on a daily basis in restoring fullness and volume to the hair, the cost is actually quite low at that. Additionally, I’m experiencing healthier glowing skin everywhere since adding these vitamins to my daily routine. The benefits of this vitamin are honestly amazing. You will see a significant improvement in both your hair’s overall volume as well as skin tone. This vitamin really delivers results.

   I noticed a slight difference in volume and the overall strength of my hair after around two and a half weeks. Now that a full month has gone by, I’m experiencing thickness, volume and overall healthier hair on a very noticable level which prompted me to order that second bottle of vitamins as noted above.    I had Covid for a month in October 2023 with a resultant and very obvious pronounced hair loss. I already had an area in the left front that had been receding for quite a while (I’m 80 now), but didn’t know what to do about it. The pile of hair that kept appearing in my sink after Covid was the incentive I needed to try something. I did a little research, decided on this product and have been using it for a little over a year. I didn’t really expect it to work, because so many things that are supposed to work for various problems, do absolutely nothing.

   However, it HAS worked. My general hair loss has stopped and the area that was thinning has filled in again. It may not work for everybody. But it has definitely worked for me. I don’t know what will happen if I stop taking it, but it isn’t that expensive and is worth it to me to keep taking it.

   If you try it and it works for you, expect it to take about a year before you are really happy with the results.

   This works. Not as good as the gummies but it does work to stop your hair from falling out and having stronger nails. I am 77 and my hair was falling out so bad and my nails were very weak and split and easy to break. I started the gummues in October and switched over to the pills in February as with all my other medications the gummies made me feel nauseated. Thank goodness for Amazon. This the only place I could find the pills. The gummies yo can buy almost any where. I bought at Walmart.. Good luck, I hope these work for you too .

   I have been taking these for 1.5 years. Didn’t see increase on hair growth but had healthy nail growth. Did take over 6 months before I saw any improvement.

   Photo shows contents on opening package, no use. It’s more than two thirds air. Prepare to be disappointed basically.
