   This is the only sleep patch that actually helps me. Ever since giving my first package a go for the full 30 night run, this product has made it to a must have staple for me when I’m purchasing items I need for the month. I’ve been using the patches for almost a year now & I recommend so many people I know to try them as well. They help you relax & get into a wind down mode before bed, help you fall asleep & the best is , they help you stay asleep. I would recommend this product a million times over.    I have trouble sleeping, I fall asleep very late, I had to take sleeping pills. With these patches, I began to fall asleep faster without any pills, I just put a patch on my shoulder . I recommend these exercises to everyone who, like me, can’t sleep .

   It doesn’t work at all, I was up all night both nights I used this. This patch also falls off in the night. 25$ is a lot of money for something that doesn’t work at all and to say that it even helps with jet lag on the box I thought it would be really effective and strong but it doesn’t work at all.

   I had previously bought a product called “Zleep” melatonin patch. Amazon does not sell them anymore so I thought I’d try these. Nope, not the same, doesn’t help get to sleep or stay asleep. Also very sticky, hurts to peel off.

   As someone who has been post menopausal for over 10 years, I can’t remember the last time I got a decent night’s sleep. I average about 5 1/2 to 6 hours and wake up a couple of times a night. I’ve tried everything on the market and my biggest problem has been the hangover in the morning. I’m very sensitive to anything I ingest and even small amounts of melatonin before bed would knock me flat the next day. Using a patch distributes the dose much more evenly throughout the night so it made sense to me to try using it instead of taking a pill before bed. I’ve been using this patch for four days and last night was the first night I actually got 7 1/2 hours of sleep. I also was not hung over this morning and feel like a real human being. I’ve seen a number of bad reviews of this product but I think they are unwarranted because it seems like the people who wrote them don’t understand a few things. One complaint has been about peeling it off the paper, but the strips are very thin and you have to peel lightly in order for the backing not to come off with it. It’s a slight learning curve but they will come off and they stick well on skin. The other complaint is that they don’t work, but I read a number of other similar products before finding this one and most of them stated that it could take up to two weeks for it to take affect so I didn’t expect results overnight. I suspect that many of these bad reviewers didn’t give it enough time to work. It’s early in the game for me so I won’t give it five stars yet, but I would definitely recommend this product.

   I’ve had insomnia for many years and it has only worsened after menopause. I’ve used both prescription and non-prescription medication, however, they don’t last most of the night and I don’t like being “hooked” on the pills. In the past year, I’ve tried three different patches and the Veru Wellness patches have worked the best. They are so thin and flexible, I don’t even know I’m wearing a patch. Some reviewers say that they had a hard time peeling the patch off of the backing, but once I did it the first time, I was able to easily peel them every time after that.

   Not sure what ingredient is in here making me sick but 2 nights of no use and I am good, just no sleep. No return policy so you can take your chances but I did not find sleep relief and would wake up sick to my stomach in the middle of the night. I was hopeful and will research other products. Unable to comunícate with seller, no returns.
