   I have been using a lot of supplements for some time now, different brands and for different benefits. I normally start taking it with a smaller dosage than the one is marked in the bottle and I increment it in a couple days until I can take the recommended serving size. I didn’t have any issues with this one or side effects. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach. I’ve noticed things feel a bit more… regular. The ingredient list feels reassuringly simple and clean. For the price, it seems fair given the quality, feels like a good addition to my wellness routine.

   So many benefits and herbs in one serving. The recommended serving size is 2 capsules. But they are very easy to swallow; average size. I love the ingredients list.

   Have been taking it for a couple of weeks haven’t really noticed any difference in energy level or others but I do like the ingredients they have so ill keep taking them but don’t think I’ll get another one as not sure how effective it is

   This is a high quality combination of helpful herbs for gut and digestive health and mobility. They do contain some Rhubarb root, which is considered to have a laxative effect that can cause dependence, so it is a good idea to take these for a period of time as a cleanse and reset, rather than an ongoing supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and effective. They do not contain magnesium stearate.

   I went through the bottle as directed, giving it a fair shot. I didn’t experience any dramatic cleansing effects, no major urgency or discomfort, which makes me think the formula really is gentle—maybe even too gentle for someone expecting a strong detox experience. I did feel a little lighter in the stomach some mornings and maybe a slight improvement in regularity, but not to the extent that I could confidently link it to this supplement alone. This seems like one of those formulas that might be helping in subtle ways you don’t directly feel, or perhaps works best when taken consistently for longer stretches or alongside a more holistic gut-healing regimen. I can’t say I noticed big changes, but I also didn’t experience any side effects or discomfort. That counts for something, especially with such a loaded herbal blend.

   Overall, it might be worth trying if you’re looking for something plant-based, comprehensive, and on the gentle side—especially if your digestion’s been off for a while and you’re looking to reset. But if you’re expecting fast or obvious detox results, this might leave you underwhelmed unless paired with diet changes or other support. I rate it at 3 stars based on my personal experience.

   I was not a fan of the Restore product. I took one capsule with food to ease into using the product and my digestive system was not happy with me. I’m concerned about taking more and what it might “restore” since I cannot spend entire days sequestered in my house.

   Caused mild cramping and pretty significant bloating but it was not effective at relieving symptoms. This is probably owing to the inclusion of the ingredient inulin, which often (but not always) disagrees with my system. I wish companies manufacturing digestive health products would not put inulin in practically everything. Half the time this seems to be so they can boast of “prebiotic fiber.” Inulin is fine for many people but no good for many others. It’s hard to judge a product like this since that one ingredient tends to drag the effectiveness down for me. It might work great for others.

   I’m quite seriously obsessed with the natural approach this company takes to health. Every ingredients in this product feels like it was pulled directly from nature! I have a pretty sensitive and complicated system but it has worked for me and been much gentler than expected. The serving size is only 2 easy to swallow capsules. I guess the only thing missing would be more info on quality (like GMP certifications and lab testing) but it works for me and at the end of the day that’s what matters in my opinion.
